That tweet is from Josh Reich -- he is the Top 40 Format VP for Warners -- essentially the pop radio format relationship manager. He has little to nothing to do with signing artists and basically represents competing artists. RCA's head of Top 40 is not there -- Peter Gray. He was just promoted from VP to SVP pop promo for RCA Music Group and is in NY. [He did an interview a few hours ago in NY.] |

I LOVE THE DARKER HAIR!!! Being darker around his face is very flattering. It frames and accents that gorgeous face. I actually like the lighter top, but love the darker rest.
