At first I wasn't at all sure how to feel about the idea of Adam singing one song among all the other divas, but HOSTING ...!!! That is a HUGE honor! It would be nice if some legendary divas would be announced later on but with this crew Adam can be the most talented one on stage. 8-) And if these are the biggest stars who will participate, then the Whitney tribute belongs to Adam without a question. [/IMG]
Didn't Jordon Sparks do a movie with Whitney Houston? She might have the biggest role in the Whitney tribute.
Oooh didn't know about that. That would be most logical I admit. ETA: It's interesting how some articles are jumping on the "Adam Lambert pays tribute to Whitney" train. But it's possible that the greatest diva of all will be remembered in many segments of the show and not only in one musical number. Donna Summer too.

Adam is too generous to duet with someone and "blow them out of the water". Knowing his perfectionist tendencies he'll team up with the person he feels is his best match; don't you think? He always brings the best out of other singers when he sings with them. He looks at them and it's like he pushes them to be their best. It must feel so wonderful to perform with him. He's very generous too, he knows how to share and it shows. This duet comes to mind: And this one: I will always remember that Voice of China performance. One could easily see the connection between them and the respect Zhang Wei feels towards Adam. It gave the song a whole new meaning. And as you said, instead of going all out, Adam held back and demanded Zhang Wei to push it further. It takes so much talent to be able to do that.

mshadows77 Me too. 8-) I grew up watching it. During these times of Twilight and Vampire Diaries, I truly miss the times when brooding shiny vampires with over possessive natures were killed by the slayer.

Here is one of the movie reviews: movies.nytimes.com/2012/08/17/movies/movie-review-sparkle-with-whitney-houston-and-jordin-sparks.html?_r=0Jordin is an amazing vocalist who has done well with 2 studio albums and on Broadway, it's no coincidence that she's in this lineup to pay tribute to one of her biggest idols, Whitney. All this press is great! And I was just in the car and the DJ was flailing over Adam. She said "guess who is hosting VH1 Divas? Adam Lambert! I love him! He's my boyfriend! He's going to be so pretty! I can't wait!" I only hear WWFM once in awhile so it was nice to hear his name and the flailing.

And characters that you could easily fall in love with or hate. I used to have a HUGE crush on Angel aka David Boreanaz. I own all the seasons of Buffy and Angel. I haven't watched them in a very long time. It's nice to know people are still fans of the show especially glamberts

Jordin is official ambassador for the "Music Cares Foundation!" That is the charity this show is for!
