one odd interval to another, in some places even using some typically
mid-Eastern trills, perfectly touching every single note. His key
change is mind-boggling to me; compounding the use of the Phrygian
Diatonic scale with sliding up into an unnatural interval and
immediately transitioning into another key using the same scale.

And it was widely reported at the time... But Adam made it work -- and that makes it more amazing. Because this version is very hard to sing. |

Oooohhh, I so remember Dilana doing ROF on Rockstar and loved it, and her, on that series. She was fabulous, did some great performances (even one on crutches if I remember correctly) and was IMO someone else who should have won "their show" I loved, loved, loved her 
I mainly posted that quote because of the 'techie' musical scale information in it - which - by the way I have absolutely zilch understanding of : #fail and just thought that some newbie Adam fans might not of seen it before and be interested in it.
Q3, I know my TWoP 'blast from the past' spam is not current news, but is it OK to post here? It's just kinda fun to read a 3 year old thread and watch people slowly, but surely fall DTRH of Adam. It's funny because so much of the 'OMG did he really do that' is still going on today.
It has been NON STOP for over 3 years

Thanks for sharing that! I can't imagine how difficult this has been for so many people. There's a guy who works with my DH who is walking 7 miles one way to work each day.......those folks in NJ are really, really having a bad time of it. |

I did go to a Glamnation show (sold out with all ages here in Midwest).
