We had a windstorm that took out a number of power lines...one of which was attached to the cable that brings me TV/phone and internet....yikes. I am so addicted...at one point had to drive to and sit outside the Shaw cable office to use their wifi signal...to see what Adam and y'all were up to! addicted much???? Power finally came on and I had a chance to watch those diva promo vids....cannot believe the mike one...did discussion ensue re the choice of mikes as I did not see one....?? ...that was hilarious!! hehehe eta...no wonder he puts on that 'innocent' act at the end!! ;D I still remember when PF went away. I could not believe how lost and out of the loop I felt until I found Adamtopia through the fan club. All I can say is I think we're all in the same boat.  Re the mic... don't think there was any big discussion - a few mentions on the youtube. It was pretty typical Adam, wasn't it?  If the show is as good as his promos, he should gain many, many new fans. :wub: |

Are you thinking from a musical, professional standpoint? I dunno 'bout that. Cause all I can see is the difference in shape and the level of shine. He chose the most glittery one. The first two seemed kind of retro... Do we even have mike experts here on board? |

All the happyness and flailing of the last days have made a problem clear for me:
I WANT to see Adam performing arenas, lots of people, lots of recognition. Tons of fans.
But I DON'T want to see Adam, in an arena myself. I want to be close, want to be comfy, not wait in line for 10 hours just to have a big brute standing in front of me.
Get what I am saying??
I guess I will need to find a balance between a great concert experience where I will be able to see Adam NOT on a screen only ... and €€€€ .... bc he won't do small venues cheap or very accessible anymore.
