Just when I needed Adam to be early for once...he WAS!!! .. .think he did a fantastic job against terrible odds. Love his voice front and centre like that. Why was he singing in a factory? Is this the only place Mercedes could afford? However much they paid him, he earned every penny out there today. Yes, he DID! And he was absolutely amazing! I would just turn around and run! And he not only managed to sing all those songs excellently, but he talked to them as well. Adam is the best! Maybe there are more on the way. 8-) I loved how Adam can play to any crowd and will talk with them and bring his amazing smile and voice no matter where he is performing. Really great that the Chinese fans were able to bring this to us throughout the world. Luv to them!

After Adam they apparently presented the new car models and after that there is a band that plays something jazz-like with a nice sax, but the singer is almost rapping. Changing now to more rocksih background, but the singer is doing something like 'joiku' (monotone chant sung by the native people from Lapland). Actually very interesting! They get the audience to live a little, maybe the 'formal part' is over?

I first thought that Adam's jacket with zippers has got new enhancements but doesn't it look like there are more zippers on shoulders? Shiny stripes on the back too, so I guess it is a new one.

Adam sang three songs (WWFM, NL and Trespassing) and they are all already posted here. Adam's voice and smile are wonderful! And his ability to make a connection (if even a small one) with the audience is unbelievable. He is so good on it. |

Sorry the whole "Adam as goodwill ambassador" in article mentioned above is just a bit much for me. He's a nice guy who seems to have a solid grounded view of life and strong values who sings a good song but calling him "our gift to the world" ... #hesnotthemessiah #hesjustanaughtyboy Here here. A naughty, funny boy whom we all adore. But, yeah, lets not go overboard anymore than we already have. |
