I think that if Adam tours next year, this time he will do it the other way round. He will start internationally (Japan, Moscow, St. Petersburg?, Helsinki, ... other European countries!!!?) and then afterwards tour the US!

Ok, I've put a lot of thought into this subject after it became apparent Adam wasn't going to take over the airwaves in the US like I had hoped. I think the best senario would be if Adam is a mega hit internationally but not as much in the US. Here he could fill concerthalls rather than arenas, be mega respected, still move around the industry with noteriety, and best of all, have a level of fame that affords some freedom. Then he could tour the world to sold out arenas, make mega bucks, and come home for some level of normalcy. I get that the US is of importance to what is played oversees but itf has been done before for artists right? And I get that it is still a long way from even that too. I am just reassessing goals and opening my mind to possibilities.
Sometimes when you don't get everything you want (world domination) it is for the best in the long run. I choose to recognize the benefits of whatever level of fame he gets. He's not going anywhere. I may want to see him on every award show, on the radio nonstop, his face on every magazine, being talked about by everyone, and touring in my city anually, but that comes with a price to me and especially him. I am way to invested in the man as a whole to not sacrifice my concert needs for him.
Bottom line. Que sera sera. Thanks to technology and a generous fandom, I will be following him around the globe or into small venues, the theater, whereever. It don't matter to me no mo. He's here to stay! For that I celebrate!

[/quote] Thanks, albiku , but unfortunately I don't think I can do it! :-[ I'm glad when I manage to see him somewhere here in Germany. The 100 km to the concert in Hamburg two years ago were already a big problem for me! :-/

Anything can happen. After Divas he might have a glorious career in the US TV. Or anything....

Wouldn't it be funny if he only toured internationally and not in the US? He will tour in the US -- it is more profitable to tour here. I expect/hope he also tours Canada this time. His North American tour season should be April/May to September because that is when the outdoor venues are open and when most festivals/state fairs happen. Adam needs these venues/events to build a profitable tour here.

"The Great Firewall of China"! Very clever, Q3! and thanks for the tip, it will be very useful next time when I'm in China, that is if I ever decided to get on twitter.
Oh, Q3, and mods, can we have a separate thread tomorrow for Thanksgiving? thought might be fun to post some Tofurky pics and swap recipes and tell stories....just a thought, no biggie.
