I'm a new member. I have been following for ages thought I may as well join and put my 2 cents in. You guys are great and mostly always positive. I have seen Adam live in Brisbane it was truely amazing. I made my long suffering husband (since idol days) attend with me he thought he was great live. Welcome to Adamtopia, daisy...  |

I'm not sure Adam is exactly randomly touring now. I would guess that almost all these gigs are sponsored by companies or radio/TV so would not require much investment on his part. He called the SA tour as Mini Tour. I think his Trespassing tour will start next year, either International or US. |

Thanks Bamafan . I love Matt Wells and this interview sounds interesting. But I wonder though if it's going to be as interesting as his interview with Jian Ghomeshi. |

Yes, it is a tour but he is going where he is paid to go. They pay the expenses. |

What a trooper indeed! He's amazing and funny. Looking at the end of Trespassing video, the people who attended this event were all business people. So it's a business event and looked like most of them were businessmen. They're not teenagers who're going to scream on top of their lungs for him. BUT i saw they're impressed by him and clapping. I saw that too. These are not gushy fans..and Adam got a fine response. Tough venue, yes. But as Melliemom noted, when Jessi J sang, the audience was comatose and she is an excellent performer. I heard much 'approval noise' and saw people clapping away. Now THAT'S a sale. I agree...Adam earned every penny of that one. And he did come away with a whole new audience awed. We have a certain ~expectation at times of how Adam should be received IMO. This was a hard-core business group and they were appreciative. The hosts were lulzing. Probably the highest compliment Adam could have received. And I hope Adam gets some rest. |
