Ok, my 2 cents. IMHO this is a test. He is testing what will work and what will not, how large venues he can sold, in what country, et cetera. He can use this knowledge to construct his tour.

So then Japan, Korea, Russia and Finland aren't really part of the tour? If he's testing, that means there would be a tour in the future, and then he would need to go back to all those places for the official tour. I don't see him doing that. IMHO, I think next year he'll tour internationally (either calling it a tour or not) and then he'll tour the US and probably Canada. But who knows? He'll surprise us, as always. :4OMG: I'm up for his surprises. 8-)

Weird how we all interpret things differently. I just thought we were having a great discussion and all feeling relatively thrilled that Adam was being so fantastically received overseas. The attendance he's been pulling in is fantastic. Personally, I NEVER want to see him pull those numbers here -- I know, entitled. I LOVED the theaters he played during GNT. I love upclose and intimate. I wouldn't spend the money to watch him on a jumbotron. I've never understood that. OF COURSE he'll tour here in the US -- I'm just glad he's busy earning good money during this holiday season and getting the opportunity to try new things and gain new fans worldwide. He has a fantastic career underway. He's worked very hard and is very blessed to do what he is obviously destined to do. There are thousands of talented and hardworking performers out there who will never have the opportunities that Adam has achieved. I can't wait to see how successful Trespassing becomes and then what we will be priviledged to hear next! Hey, and by the way, for those of us that celebrate Thanksgiving, CHEERS!

Gig here, concert there - there isn't any pattern really. IMHO he also reminds people about himself.

I meant next year, with all those concerts in Asia and then Europe. I'm sure he will add more dates. I don't know if they will call it a tour or not, but it definitely smells like a tour.

Boy, I'm back in the thread a tad and reading how Adam will tour internationally and maybe not in the US...why would any of us even want to think like that? I choose to believe that the snowball effect will occur..the more huge venues he fills overseas, the more publicity, the more the US will open up to him. So Adam has to conquer the US using the back door? Most of his fans are based here in the US and if we have no faith that Adam will tour his own country, why should he... Sorry, can't do the Mow-Down medley today.. Smash me, bash me, but I'm outta here..just sucks to hear this talk. And I'm tired of putting disclaimers on my posts too. Adam will tour US at some point. I agree the international profile is a back door way to get US exposure and acceptance. hey - It worked for Gaga...
