[/quote] Annie, if you remembered all his interviews since idol, Adam always said that growing up he has this Ugly-duckling insecurity going on. When asked if he's still feeling like that after Idol, he said yes once awhile. I think having a good career and having Sauli and being in love, boost his confidence a lot. Anyway, I love he has make up on. Coz when he's flying acrros the country, jet lag not enough sleep, he can hid it behind make up and he looks cheerful and gorgeous. |

This is NOT my favorite photo of Adam! There is no way I could ever choose one. Or even 10! Or even 100! (Well maybe 100 LOL) But this is one I love & I haven't seen it posted here lately so:  Our man has to be the most photogenic person in the world! He has so many unique looks & each one is beautiful. I tend to love the ones with a more natural look the best. But they are all special! |

[/quote] Growing up & thru teens most of us do have an ugly duckling syndrome. The man is 30 now! I think he is well aware that the duckling is now a swan and gorgeous!! He's even mentiond how eating & drinking right has helped. And of course having unconditional love from someone you love, helps!  Someone insecure about his looks does not tweet this!  |

Of course he knows he's hot, and not because so many people ( boy girl, gay straight, young old) are batshit crazy over him, but because he's dealt with his insecurities like a strong, smart person he is and fought them. And we can see he's won each and every battle since he is absolutely perfect. ETA Can we post more pics? Q3 said only one... He obviously knows how to dress and style to complement his best attributes (and there are OH SO MANY ...) so he really can't be oblivious to how good looking he is if he's using any objectivity. Of course, like anyone, he probably has good days and bad days but the man's not blind. |

Young Elvis Freckledlips, welcome aboard :D Do you by any chance know the exact number of freckles on his lips ( since that seems to be your major)? My guess is somewhere between 11 and 15... because I don't know if we should count two adjacent ones as one or two separate ones... I am on the side that believes Adam is still a bit insecure about his looks. Can't give examples but that's just the feeling I get from little comments here and there. Sure he knows how fans view him but I think he puts a lot of effort into looking just so. Once he tweeted that he deals with insecurity every day, right? He said he wears more make up when not feeling great. I am sure he has grown up a lot and found peace but that doesn't mean his overly analyzing self doesn't pick apart the pics we see as perfection, and that the scars of the past heal completely.
Eta I think Adam posted that bedhead shot, not because he was totally comfortable with his looks but because he hides nothing.
