I am so pleased that people are happy with the calendar I designed. It was fun to do, and it is fun to share it with my friends here at ATop. I delayed as long as I could in putting it together because someone advised that Adam might have new looks before the end of the year. I was able to include platinum haired Adam and Halloween Adam, but, obviously I didn't delay long enough. Could have also had matrix melvin and emo melvin. Oh, well. Next year. haha |

YEP, got mine too and I've decided to completely skip December and go right to January!!   I think I'll leave 2012 up & hang 2013 next to it & have double Adam every month. If anyone asks, I'll just tell them I need to know what I was doing this time last year. ;D |

Here is a neat trick for those really big pictures that I learned from somebody here and now use all the time. There are many ways to reduce picture size but this one you can use straight away in the post. Here is the above picture that I modified in nica's post simply by inserting in the part in red: [ img width=500 height=300]http://cs319825.userapi.com/v319825590/42fb/_4YCFQOfm78.jpg [/img] I added a space after the first bracket so the photo wouldn't post so you need to remove the space if you want it to post. I always start with what I think the proportions might be and then adjust by looking at it with Preview until it looks right. Here I started with width=400 height=300 but it was wonky so I upped width to 450, then 500 and it looks pretty good. I could check properties and get exact proportions but this is faster and close enough for an ordinary post. If I were creating an avi, for instance, I would be more exact.  Ya know... with all the Adam/fan pics I usually do an immediate crop so I just have Adam's face, but I just can't crop this one. The sweet girl looks like she's gonna cry she's so happy!! :2tears: I'm leaving her in!!! |
