I don't know if I was in a haze last night with the great performance and the avalanche of photos. I did read last part of yesterday's thread and went through it again trying to locate if the links were posted. Maybe the links were posted earlier but I didn't actually click them like I normally do... Anyway, this is the last one that I will post with a date of Dec 2 just in case... (even though these links are tweeted all the time - will concentrate in looking for more recent ones). Sauli get that chicken soup on the stove ..LOL Hmmm Finns don't make chicken soup but hot black currant juice  . Or in worst case: hot milk with onions... |

My initial remark yesterday was a reaction to Fever as well. IMO Johnny goes really far out... I understand that the whole choreo for Fever was designed that way - the high heels is SA... But to me his (Johnny's) movements looked a bit out of place yesterday, a farce almost... Adam's sexuality feels "real", it is coming from within, it is his essence - totally different. |

Adam just has that prowl factor during a performance (not so much in rehearsal) and it illicits a visceral response and anddepending on the viewer whether that response is welcomed or unwelcomed. If you draw a line in the sand he will dance his fine ass on his side of it because for Adam, trespassing is not "hey look at how different I am" but "oh my gosh, look at how much fun being different can be". And the duet was a master stroke because he totally "sold it" there too. His ability to show duality is amazing. Jablea, agreed! Especially love the above points you made! |
