Did you all know that today's date is the last time, for all of eternity, that the 3 numbers of a date will be the same? 12/12/12!! Only if you believe the world ends before the year 2101. Next time it happens is 01/01/01 on January 1, 2101. And the cycle begins again.  I plan to still be here in 2101. ETA: But there are many other cool dates coming... Like Jan 23, 2045 -- 01/23/45. |

adamlambert TREASURE by @brunomars is a JAM! whoo!!!! Great new album! To be honest, I downloaded the album a few days ago because I really like Bruno and his music, but to me this new one is a little bit disappointing because it is quite boring. :dunno: Locked out of heaven is great and treasure too, the others are just - meh. ETA: But I'm sure radio will play the sh!t of it - because dispite its boringness (is this a word in english??? ) it's radio-friendly, whatever this term radio-friendly means...

[/quote] Hit radio stations play sure bets and since Bruno had the world's #1 and #2 selling singles last year, he is about as safe as it gets. If it was my job to program a radio station, I would be an early adder for Bruno. Boringness is not an actual English word but it is a great word and perfectly describes this album to me. I was a bit disappointed by his new album but not that surprised. Seems somewhat formulaic and unchallenging to me. |
