I was really tired last nite, and I actually sat down and watched some tv. I watched reruns of CSI:Miami on WE tv. Lo and behold, within a matter of 2 hours I saw 4 commercials for VH1 Divas, with Adam choosing the microphone. What a treat!!!!! Even my son said, oh mom, open your eyes, there's Adam.

January 1, 2101 = 1.1.1 And the cycle begins anew -- on December 12, 2112 (in 100 years) = 12.12.12. And at least a few members of this forum should actually be alive. ** That is unless the world ends on 12.21.12 like the Mayans are supposed to have predicted. [Since there are Mayan calendars with dates after 12.21.12, it is now believed that the Mayans did not predict the world will end in 2012.]

Hello Atop! I can barely keep up with you these days, but I can't wait to sit down and have a long visit. Just a quick drive by post to celebrate the goodness of the latest Adam splash! He is remarkable and is bringing such a smile to my face in all these interviews and pictures. I did finally get to watch a few things- one with my 22 year old hipster son, home for the holidays. He watched the C. Lauper Mad World duet with me and at the end said, "He is so good... his voice has so much control." Respect! Then, the same son watched "The Wendy Williams Show" with me last night (Yes, that is how busy life has been, lol) and was also impressed with Adam's presence and likeability on film. (He is a film maker, so he views everything that way). All in all, the whole family is getting on the Adam train with me these days, lol. I love those kind of family trips.

My dh has always called Adam "our boy". He'll ask, "How's our boy doing today?" Or, "How's YOUR son doing today?" Cracks me up and it can be confusing as we have four boys in our household (some 4 legged and some 2 legged). Then, it dawned on me that he always knows how everyone but Adam is doing (he's involved). So, when he asks, it's about Adam. Of course, I share (until his eyes glaze over). BTW, he can't believe some of the stuff we talk about on here. He recognized my obsession early on. I even took him to Louisville to see GNT. There, I screamed and danced and hooped and hollered and talked to all kinds of folks who loved Adam too. He couldn't believe all the facts and figures and code names we all had and how we all knew exactly what each other was talking about. It was a real eye opener for him. So, now, he always asks and I have to admit he knows quite a bit about Adam now. The other day he asked if Adam was still in NY! So, he does listen!

Awwww, my boyfriend listens to me too, but sometimes he gets a little bit annoyed. He enjoys the music, though. So far I've caught him singing Sure Fire Winners, Soaked, Broken English, Outlaws of Love, Whataya Want From Me and Mad World. He knows the lyrics to Trespassing (the album), and he sings along sometimes. ;D He loves Queenbert too, he wants to go see them if they ever perform together again. ;D ;D ;D In my house, we have the same situation with Spanish tennis player Rafa Nadal. My mother and I love him, and my mother talks about him as if he was her son. We even celebrate with wine/champagne whenever he wins something. ;D And my dad always asks my mom how Rafa's doing. ;D ;D ;D
