Must not fall down the AI tour rabbit hole......must not fall down the AI tour rabbit hole.
Gah! I could watch those videos for hours. I love listening to the audience reaction to his intro before the beginning of WHL. How the screams shifted in intensity, first Danny is off...OMG!!! ADAM IS NEXT!!!, second the number 2 appears on the screen then his name, third the beginning of the song and there is ADAM! I am always impressed with how much louder the same group of people can scream when they really put their hearts into it. I know I participated in the SLC audience. It still remains one of my most magical moments, watching the audience reaction to him during that first tour and his allotted 20 min. (He tempered his performance in SLC too, dang Megan Joy and her warning.)
Anyone know which performance it was that the microphone stand fell down after Adam's jacket (finally) knocked it down? I remember that being almost a Olympic sport viewing moment every night when the videos uploaded. Would the mic stand just sway or would it finally fall? I especially enjoyed all of the gifs and macros that were made from the mic stand's POV.
I CAN'T WAIT FOR TONIGHT!!! I know he is going to do so well!

Awww, wiga, you just gave me chills remembering those screams! Took my husband to his one and only ever Idol show for that tour and it blew out his ears! Yes, he actually got tinnitus. I was afraid it was permanent but subsided in about a month. He no longer goes to concerts with me. :-/

I remember the audience noise right before Adam got so high that I could feel it with my skin... I couldn't "hear it" any more, I remember being afraid that I would not regain my hearing and will not be able to hear Adam singing... I have never in my whole life experienced anything like that moment... :2tears:

Does anyone know if the VH1 stream will be airing the DIVAs show live or will it stop after the behind the scenes and red carpet activities? I have not seen any other information about the availability of dinner from another source. I saw something where there were going to stream backstage & audience stuff during the show. Which I think means not the show itself.

The crowd went wild and when he appeared the screams were deafening! I was so excited I could barely contain myself! What a night. Sorry to say but after Adam a lot of the crowd started to leave. Of couse I stayed and saw the finale. Couldn't take a chance he would come back on stage and of course he did!

Went to the first Idol tour at the huge Rose Garden in Portland. I will always remember when the A came up on the back screen and when he walked out for the first time, a deafening roar went up and I thought the roof would come off! As one person, everyone stood up, and stayed up. Great memory. What a journey since then.

VH1 now has a count down to Divas timer in the upper right corner of the TV screen and the actual start time in the lower right corner. They are really pimping the show!
