A few things band members said. Tommy said VietNam is right after Bali. Johnny said he comes back to LA after those 2 shows. Johnny is the sweetest guy. I just wantd to tell him that I loved watching him onstage & love the loyalty Adam has tto his ffriends and vice versa. The man engaged me in a 15 minute conversation!! He is just adorable!! Other deets, I got to the venue the same time Sauli, Danille, and Leila arrived. The three were together. The people I saw from Adam's family/friends were the whole band except Rick (but he may have ben there. Just didn't se him.) Leila, Danielle, Sauli, Neil, Elisse, Lee, Scarlett, and another couple that I did not recognize. The PIT and the whole first 6 rows of the middle section of the theatre is "cast." That is why there are only young people there. The only glitch the whole night was that sound issue at the beginning of ROL. The crew was amazing. Such a professional production. I would go see a VH1 DIVAS show again, in a heartbeat! Thank you for the information. So going to Vietnam is still on the plan... wooohooo. But it's strange that there is no buzz about this, so there might be no concert ??? ??? ??? Could it be just some performance on a TV show?

Actually, it has been mentioned, along with the fact that it was clearly a sound problem and not Adam's fault. But it has been mentioned. ETA: And the only so-called "freak outs" were while it was happening. Which is absolutely normal. As soon as he found the key, the "freak outs" stopped. Not really...there were "OMG This just like the AMAs" "I can't watch the rest of the show now" "if his fans hated it imagine the press" comments, etc. It went from flail to fail in a nano-second. water under the bridge now. But I will say it's why I rarely watch and post at the same time. I'd love to be able to flail with everyone else but for me that kind of angsting takes a lot of the fun out of the fandom. Some people are more prone to melodrama, it's just human variety. What I don't like to read, I scroll through it. It works for me. The majority of the comments were of dismay while it was happening (which is a totally normal reaction), and of relief when he, like the fucking pro he is, found the key and nailed the performance. I only saw a couple of those comments, though; it wasn't that bad. And by the way, the one about the fans hating it, I think it was about the Kabbalah outfit, not about the performance. That's how I understood it.

Hi guys
In my view, Kelly's voice was the best for the Donna Summer tribute. Keri Hilson I was like wut? Adam was very good. Sometimes people ask why doesnt he do songs that show off his amazing amazing voice. I'm curious about this myself. One thing that comes to mind is Adam loves the club type songs. He just loves dat shit.
He looked so beautiful last night, despite the baby mel.
And his presence and consciousness? way above everyone else in my view. People who work with him JUST LOVE HIM. I can see why.

Probably it's all be said but for me this was a total win of a night. While we were hoping his voice would blow the others out of the water and propel him to supersuccess, Adam was just living his dream!
-He was the host, and performer with the MOST numbers by far, on a major live production known for having the best in his industry! -How many famous people do we see bomb at hosting? Not Adam, sounded totally natural! Add that to the resume! -All the songs he sang were from his top favorite artists! -Madonna, his proclaimed queen, choose him over other bigger names to sing her song. A song from his favorite album of hers and one we know he loves because he sang it at that sound check! -He showed the world he can seriously ACT! Act serious, funny, angry, confused EVERYTHING! Watch the intro clip, I swear he is about to subtly cry even before they cut away to the overdramatic cry scenes. -The skits were funny, referenced him, and did not gather their humor from at the usual things we see ie eyeliner, gayness. -He some how managed to have his brother get a part! His friends and dancers! Somehow even having Paula there seemed like just another person in his corner surrounding him! -He had so many people in the audience there to support him. His mom, his love, his friends, his bandmates even came! And half the audience was there for him! -He publically and proudly kissed his sweet boyfriend and nobody could see anything but love.

yeah i freaked too when watched the stream and he started off pitch, couldn't even watch i felt so awful for him. even when i heard that he found it.
so I've watched the whole ROL perf only just now for the 1s time - and wow. So, so awesome. He handled the initial sound problems perfectly, and it's soooo obvious and a joyous moment of "aha!" when he sings "and i feel like i just got home" for the 2nd time and his eyes just light up! It almost feels like this mishap even gave one extra adrenalin shot of effervescense to this awesome ride of the performance. Cause it was perfect.
For me it was the most "Adam" performance of the show - the whole neo-hippie-quirky-i wanna-try-something-a lil-different vibe of it. (I actually always felt like Adam and disco not quite mesh, since idol disco dance. It was so hilarious to me then, when the gay guy of the group who if you listen to some people, supposed to have disco in their blood, totally dorked out. Adam and lables. ILH) Love it, love the outfit, love the tunic (even though it makes me think of ppl who speak Chinese and have to read all the gibberish ppl tattoo on themselves lol) love the vibe, choreography, love the singing and the lower more growley key. Awesome, just awesome.

Do we have anyone clipping all Adam's appearances on VH1, including all the hosting acts ? I really want to watch them again.
Talking about his outfits, I like them all. I may not like the jumpsuit and the tunic that much if they were not in a series of outfit changes like last night. When they were, they become interesting, different and memorable.
