I wonder if other countries will still buy the show. :Clap: Slightly OT but Sauli posted this photo in his blog last spring:  It was taken from a Finnish May Day (on May 1) party hosted by the Consul General of Finland in Los Angeles. In the pic he is with Axl Smith. He is a Finnish-Iranian rap-artist, host of Voice of Finland and SYTYCD Finland, and most importantly, he has massive ties to MTV Finland and also to some other MTV channels in Europe. I'm not saying it had anything to do with this but it can't hurt if you have allies inside the machine. Sauli is werking it. 8-) |

Everyone in the picture looked awesome! and I think I recognize a couple of folks, but my question is this:
Have you been notified that your picture can be published? Do you "sign the right to publish" by purchasing the VIP entrance package?

Everyone in the picture looked awesome! and I think I recognize a couple of folks, but my question is this: Have you been notified that your picture can be published? Do you "sign the right to publish" by purchasing the VIP entrance package? For the TV show. "Yes." This probably falls under that. But if he is not making mmoney off of us or using our names, I don't see why he would need permission! People are randomly in the background of newspaper photos all the time. :-/ |

If you are in a public place, you can be photographed at any time, with or without your knowledge or consent, and the photo can be published without your permission.
