Hmm, maybe the timing was not perfect or the set list is different. To me it seems that he had to skip two slower songs from before midnight or do them after the countdown. The idea was good, do slower ones before midnight, and then launch into dancing and celebrating. Of course you can start the new year by reflecting a bit...
Yeah, OOL and ITL would be fine to start a better year...
