I love Adam and I agree with him on Les Miz,There is a bit of self sabotage in my opinion.. I've noticed it a number of times,especially when he's doing really GREAT.. These comments will not help him get movie roles.. Hollywood is unforgiving.. I feel really bad that Adam felt the need to say anything,but i am defending him on every blog and newspaper comments section. You are a good soul, melliemom... I know you aren't allowed to provide a link in your comments, but if you suggest that people search adam lambert brigadoon on YouTube, perhaps some will see what Adam is about...   |

I think Adam was upset,because singers like the above are never asked to be in a Hollywood musical.HW goes for popularity of actor rather than great voices. Take a minute and remember last year at this time we were all angsting over the "indiscretion " in Finland and wondering how Adam would survive the press. By owning up to the "messiness" and being so forthcoming, he weathered that storm showing all what an incredible person he is. That storm passed.
Adam's Les Mis comments were not scathing but honest. He didn't fault the acting only the singing which is in his realm of expertise. From what I've read, I think most knowledgable reviewers agree with him. AND, remember, Adam doesn't do things on this scale without thinking of the reactions. (i know there have been Twitter parties late at night where comments were not thought out - but i dont think this is like one of those ☺.) I have to think he knew exactly what kind of press this would generate. It's all ok!!!
Adam has had an incredible year and I only see better things on the horizon. I feel so lucky and happy to be following his jpurney.
