To put that number in perspective, Kelly Clarkson has 59,200,000 and Lady Gaga 164,000,000 Did you use Google? I get 446 mil for Gaga and 98 mil for Kelly. I also checked Daughtry = 14 mil and Carrie = 58 mil Do you think that if we write Adam Lambert instead of AFL or AL or Adam or BB or Melvin in every post we write will be counted as 1? Now I am into naming business. What name did I miss? |

For those doing the name/number crunching, isn't it also necessary to specify a period of time? Four years ago Adam was a total unknown. To do an accurate comparison with Kelly, for example, should one take a tally of her first three and a half years after Idol? Or, is that unequal because the internet has so much more content now than when she won? I'm a music, not a math and statistics nerd.
But, certainly, Adam is a strong presence online and in the entertainment world. And for much more than just singing. Reach and longevity, baby.
