Our first week of training is done! Muscles hurt, feet are sore, but what a great time we've had! Feeling happy and accomplished, so for now it's time for a well-deserved weekend off Back to the office on monday,see ya! #dancingonicefinland #greatjob #skatesoff #enjoyingweekend

vivlite -- ya, looks like Sauli is enjoying the demo - I am happy to swim in the shallow end with you -  - it's good exercise !! I believe this gif is from the Las Vegas Male Revue episode -  & yes he has put on some muscle since then  I remember reading somewhere that his motivation was to build up his muscles so he could do the lifts required in D.O.I. I'm sure that we will be able to see each episode of Sauli's best friend as the hard working : miachihu and zinnia : have already created a thread for translations atop.proboards.com/post/427224/thread

Always splashing in the shallow end..that's Viv..lol... Sauli is taking this DOI very seriously..to get into strength and muscle building to care for his skating partner. This is going to be such a delightful show for me as ice skating is my favorite sport. I don't skate much anymore, but I love watching. Sauli's Best Friend also looks interesting..very eclectic mix of Finns he met with. YAY! splash splash splash..  I love that smiley...
