Watched the AI auditions last nite and I agree. This show was all about the judges (except for Keith U) instead of the singers. I just can't understand how anyone can be entertained by the putting down of someone's dream. You know these 'singers' had already pre-auditioned before they went before the judges. Perhaps they are being paid to be ridiculed on tv. Like Adam, I plan on waiting until the end when it becomes more of a contest.

Really? I stopped after the 2nd Adam mention. I better listen to the rest of it. Do you know around what time they talk about him being a better judge? Thanks. Almost at the very end Okay, around 11:48 about the judges, and later one one more mention. So four mentions all in all. I love that Lyndsey can't stop talking about Adam.

Jacob Clifton makes my brain happy. I'd recognize his writing anywhere. Thanks for posting. I went down the TWOP rabbit hole too last night...so many good things. I like this: Ryan: "Adam. Back in the day. Ever wondered?" HA! Yeah, I'm going to need extensive photo reference to understand how we got from a little baby to this. Assuming 29 January 1982 isn't actually just the date his spacecraft crash landed on a farm. Aquarian and an alien? It's all starting to make sense. Adam discusses his predilection for "dressup" -- capes, masks, hats of various sorts -- over the mundane sports and whatever. He got into a "grownup" period, and his parents obliged with a three-piece and a little moustache. That's the best thing I've ever heard. No wonder he turned out so awesome. And this: I feel like sometimes he forgets how his voice is beautiful like angels ice-skating, Could someone direct me to this site? I wasn't around then and postponed going down this rabbit hole due to time once I heard about it. But now I would love to see what I missed back then. Anywhere you can drop me would be fine.

Speaking of hot, it was 78 in LA today with the next few days expected to be around 80 ;D t.co/0BntynxGAnd Sauli with a friend on their balcony t.co/Qzk46ug
It's -20 F (-29 Celsius) here. >:( But thanks for the pic anyway.

Yes. Just listened to Underneath. Underneath. Here in a warm room where the twilight lengthens. Of course I know all the words. Every word Adam has ever sung is memorized. Just now, I'm realizing he is not being metaphorical. He is being real, and he is looking me in the face and there, there it is. Is there any song more honest than this? For his experience in life? Oh - this man is bringing me home. Oh My, momtomany - there you go again... [/IMG] [/IMG] Everything you write about Adam is a poem. You could collect all your writings from here and make a little book - Odes to Adam. In fact, I wish you would.
Oh, evergreen. Do you see that your words are inspirations? Kind thoughts become fuel for the fire inside.

Thanks for posting the link 4msrmyn! Fantastic lunch-time reading; I missed Season 8 completely, so it's always fun to read the write-ups of the time. :D
