It will take some getting used to, and some tweaking one Q3's part, but I think I like it. I've already found one advantage. If you look at the top of the page right under the header, you see a "map" of where you are in the forum. Category, subcategory, thread, etc. If you move your mouse over a part of this map or menu, you will get a drop down box with options within that category. This makes it easy to navigate from one thread to another without having to go back to the home page. Cool!

Mine's kinda grey and white with lots of wasted space on the sides. May have to get my son to change the resolution and make my avi bigger. I guess we need to just hang in here until various instructions/suggestions are given by Q3. I'm using Explorer. Haven't viewed it on my phone yet. - try holding te ctrl key and hitting the + sign. Mine took 2 adjustment to make it fit WOOT!! Justgill, I luv you!! I really didn't mind the page size too much, but the dang print was so small, I was squinting to read it! But, with your help, it's all bigger!! My page covers my whole screen and the print is now readable!! hehe little things excite me...  OMG...hahaha! There's a puking smilie!! ewwwww |

Coming out of lurkdom to add comments about the new format. Very different from old format; will take some getting used to, for sure!
Anywho, I am using Internet Explorer on my laptop and it looks the same as it does on my iPad which uses Safari. Here are a couple of things I have noticed about the bottom of the page:
When I am on the HOME page of Atop, at the very bottom of the page it displays:
Forum Information and Statistics (underneath that is shows):
Threads and Posts
Members (some statistics)
Users Online (lists names)
Now, if I go to a page on the THREADS, the information changes to:
Related Topics and Stories (underneath that it shows):
More Topics from this Board
Stories from Around the Web
Oh, really miss Adam's tweets at the bottom of the page; hope that can return in time.

ETA: A plus for the new format - my avi looks bigger on my computer, which I love, because Adam is sooo gorgeous! :D |

Can I join you? Maybe after a few cocktails etc. it will all make sense. And I DO understand work on this site is in progress, so I'm trying to navigate the best I can..thanks, Q3 and Tinafea. I'm sure it's difficult to hear all this feedback, but I sure miss the old layout. |

Instead of having a sea of white, the different sections and quotes are visually separated better. Not congested (that is a great word for the all-white version.) |
