This is new to me: Carina @_ninni 2012-06-08 Adam Lambert talks about his ideal night in: youtu.be/N4VZGqsdv9M via @youtube *Doctor rant. Scroll if needed.*Adam. Coconut oil is healthier than butter, but it's still a saturated fat that needs to be limited in a healthy diet. Olive oil is an unsaturated fat, therefore way healthier than coconut oil. Coconut oil has some fatty acids that aren't good for the heart. I read a meta-analysis about different fats and their risks on coronary disease. Coconut oil increases the "good" cholesterol (HDL), and can improve the cholesterol ratio... but it can also improve the "bad" cholesterol (LDL), which is a good reason not to use it too much. I mean, it can be used, of course. Just not indiscriminately. Olive oil does NOT raise the LDL cholesterol, and it raises the HDL cholesterol. Olive oil is great. So fish cooked in coconut oil is better than fish cooked in butter and better than baked stuff with partially hydrogenated coconut oil. But it's not better than fish cooked in olive oil. I'm a champion for olive oil. lol It's seriously good for your health. Everyone should use olive oil. In my family, we have olive trees and we make our own olive oil. Delicious. It's sooo good, you have no idea.

That's what I thought, albiku! Thank you for clarifying! I always avoid anything with coconut oil in it!

I thought my avatar was bigger, but now notice that it's smaller than the rest.. Does anyone know the page where making the avatar bigger was discussed? I think your avi (like mine) is probably already bigger---> like maybe 150x150. But I've noticed that quite a few avis are actually quite a bit bigger than that. Q3's and mys*&@^#r's and nonchallance's and crazylady's avis are all around 225x225. I know this because I used my "clipping tool" to save them, and uploaded them into photobucket then checked the size!! This larger size of 225x225 for some people's avis is what I'm seeing on my computer screen (using Chrome). Other avis are smaller.

when he was.... Adam was regularly appearing at the Upright Cabaret and the Zodiac Show. Some of my most favorite vids. I searched out everything from him once I saw him on Idol. Aren't we glad we live in the age of youtube? Crap, age of youtube will date us some day.

Where are all of the smiley icons? I don't see them when I hit "Reply" and compose a message. I am using the "Trespassing 2" theme in FireFox. ETA: I don't see them with the "Default" theme either. Nor with IE. Here is where you find the Smiley icons when you are in the "Reply" window: Hope it helps. ETA: I love the "attchment" button. Now I can upload stuff straight from my computer. I hate creating accounts on the online photo album sites.

Nor with IE. The magic smiley box is hidden behind the smiling icon button, far right. Click and you shall find... ETA Seems that I was lost in the box quite a while trying to find one to use in my post... It is redundant repeat but I found a magician and it feels nice to know at least something in this new environment

I bought the book "Velvet Rage" by Alan Downs, PHD that Adam mentioned. I wanted to better understand. His song "Underneath" is so painful and I felt there must be so much more that I didn't understand. The book is excellent. Some of the psychology applies to women also - "growing up gay or female in a straight man's world".
