And when he was 16 he got his driver's license. Someone, somewhere, knows what his first car was. Help me out here. wonder if he's ever had a car accident? Someone, somewhere, knows. I believe he said his first car was an old Volvo. (I am about 75 percent sure on that.) Awww, not the right ride for our glittery alien.

It's starting to be popular again, but got a bad rap a while back when it was lumped into all the "bad" fats. I now only use coconut oil to cook with, but you have to be careful about not heating it to the point of smoking.. as with any oils, that's the point when oil starts to break down and degrades. We talked about coconut oil in our first shape up thread a couple of years ago. If I recall it will heat to a higher degree without breaking down that olive oil will. It also is great for giving your hair a good conditioning and can be spread on your skin as well as added to your bath. Costco is now carrying it in very big jars of the same brand I've bought from Fred Meyer. You can spread it on toast, I added it to some quick fudge. Gives everything a slightly different, sweeter taste. I've been researching smoking temperatures and it gets a little confusing.. turns out that refined oils have a higher smoking temperature than unrefined ones.. I've discovered all kinds of recipes using coconut oil as well as coconut sugar, coconut flour.. amazing how many different uses it has. I PM'd you about a cheap place to get it and you can compare with Costco prices. Hmm I wonder how many uses Adam has discovered..

I PM'd you about a cheap place to get it and you can compare with Costco prices. Hmm I wonder how many uses Adam has discovered.. I swear, when I'm sober tomorrow, I'm going to reread all this discussion about coconut oil. It must be important. But I gotta admit the importance of smoking temp of processed vs unprocessed is totally eluding me right now. But no matter, you've given me a reason to post And for that I sincerely, genuinely, honestly (I'm not joking!) thank you. And when Adam was 11 he did not wear a sports jersey willingly.

Testing: And when Adam was he was testing his wings in the Metropolitan Education Theater. I'm certain he had better results. ETA: that's not fair, Q3
