I am even more out..What is MP? ETA: understoód #slow The Neil referred to, is he Adam's brother or is he someone else? That Neil (@negativeneil) is Adam's brother. And @milestougeaux is Adam's father, Eber. I read the whole MP thread in the members' section. I have a couple of questions, though. Not sure how to ask. Should I do it in that thread or can I post them here? Maybe someone who was around back then can PM me and I'll ask whoever it is privately? |

I would be very interested in that subject too... because for me this whole "incident" is kind of foggy... There is a whole file about it in the Members' section. We are not allowed to give a direct link to it, but you can find it easily. The reason not to direct link Members' Only - is because it let's non-Members into Members-only. -- On the Monte Pitman situation, I do not want to rehash old news in today's news thread but the is no one-word answer to the question -- artistic and business differences. Even without the issue over the old unreleased, unfinished recordings, I believe that they would have gone their separate ways. Let's set this conversation aside for today BUT I will schedule a SHOUTBOX discussion of Adam history at some point in the near future. |

What I will never understand about this fandom ( the fandom of a man who fully embodies open discussion) is the protectionism and control of what's put on the table. We shouldn't even say NAL name, or MP's name etc, much less discuss them casually. How would doing so hurt Adam?

Bobo, thanks for the link. Actually I got it also from gelly, thanx gelly  . I read a big part of the discussion and now I understand a lot more. But what I also understood is that there are several ways to interpret this whole Monte-situation. Maybe the truth lies, as so often, in the middle. But this thread is very interesting...
