Sorry for spamming, but this is a very interesting article from the UK. It covers US radio as well. Pretty depressing. Radio music,if that's what we can call it ,is awful. IMHO most Creativity has gone out the window . THere are exceptions,like Adele, lady Gaga but to me ,It's just plain dirty lyrics and same beats over and over. I have listened to my grandkid's music and i was floored by the degrading lyrics on women and the sexual content.I balked but got no where.. BTW I guess the boy bands and girl bands are back.. more generic noise. How will Artists like Adam , break through and be able to get on radio?? I'm thinking a musical show of his own on TV , a good way.. Now how to do that..????????????????? |

I don't know if this is old news, but I just checked the original Russian site where they had that info about Elton and Adam. Now Adam's name is gone :( So it might be that he's not performing in Estonia after all... @AdamLambertRUAB Sorry guys. Adam won't perform in Tallinn at 29Jun as the festival director says. I hope they will refresh info on their site then. :-S
I wonder why!
 Apparently this was not a signed deal and they were premature in posting it? Or maybe it will still happen. Sorry for fans in the area but it raises hope for me that it caused by a schedule conflict because Adam can't leave North America in June. Sorry, but I still hope for some concerts here this summer -- fingers crossed. |

Hi guys!! I just wanted to thank whoever posted those exercises for your wrist in yesterdays thread. I'd been voting like crazy when I felt a really sharp pain in my wrist and actually had to stop....for a while, anyways...hehe! So, will use those exercises to help my poor, tired wrist out from now on! I wanted to tell you about something else I just discovered the other day. And, maybe all of you who are tech savvy already know about this, but I've never seen it posted about before. After reading about clicking on the wheel on your mouse, I was just playing around with it. If you click on the wheel clear to the right, and outside of the text, you will get a little circle with an up & down arrow. If you move your cursor down from the wheel, the page will scroll automatically. The farther away from the circle you go, the faster the scroll. If you move your cursor above the circle, you will scroll back up! So, I've just been using that and I don't have to manually scroll on any page! Automatic scroll!!! Who knew that?? Not me, but as I said, some of you might have already known. And, yes, I connected a mouse to my new laptop for those wondering..lol! It's just easier for me than using the little pad, and my desk is kind of high and it just wasn't comfortable. I love discovering new things, even if they're just new to me!!  Oh, and another thing! I just looked at my work schedule and discovered that I don't have to work the day after Adam's Bday or the day after Niles big bash in NY!! YAYAYAYAYAY!! PARTAY TIME!!!!!  So, are we all gonna dress up fancy for Adam's Bday? I'm off to find just the right party dress!! hehehe  |
