Good morning...well almost noon here now! I woke up to amazing pics, vids, and media press about the WeAreFamily event. Wal you are up and posting more Adam 'goodies' for us just like you did yesterday! Your amazing!! And there so many others that contributed information, too. That's what makes this place so special! Virg's live streaming, event twitter list, and pics and Jesslala's great video of Adam's whole performance...THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SHARING YOUR ADAM EXPERIENCE WITH US!!!! All you guys are THE BEST!! Now we are just waiting for the RECAPS!!!!! What a great Par-Tay you guys must of had being there!! it is mid-day the day after, but I am still under last evening's magic... it was so AMAZING that I have no words... Those of us who had concert only tickets were lucky to be let into the venue at 8 pm ( earlier than planned) - the organizers took pity on us standing in the cold wind... ...which gave us a chance to witness the presentations by the teens that were honored. They spoke about the work they've done, their passion and energy in changing the world. I WAS TOTALLY HUMBLED!
Adam was sitting at the center front table, focused on the kids... I spent most of the time glued to my binoculars trying to see every detail of his back, then watching him eat, drink, laugh, hug, dance... He looked human...that is until he took the stage ! At that moment he transformed into the alien that he really is. The atmosphere was electrified, people danced and we, in the balcony, did our part in adding audio effects (aka screaming)...the videos are out (thank you everyone who recorded!) and now I can relive the experience... honestly - I was so excited and so much was happening on that stage that I need to watch several times to "take it all in" and to try and focus on Nile, Sam, and the rest of the band.... I was lucky to meet several Atop-ers while waiting on line, at the concert and at the diner after the show (some for the first time) - HI mariepf, anthrogeekPF, rad1109, mainepf, tinafea, lm2718 +DH, supardu, finkfan, pastababy! it was a pleasure! This was my first time hearing TP songs live and I think I got THE BEST performance EVER ! (but of course...)

Meh. The vocals were okay.........NOT! He sounds fantastic! You would think it would get to seem commonplace, since when do the vocals NOT sound great? But, he can still amaze me. Some great high notes that are his signature and bring out the screams and head shakes from everyone. But, it is his TONE that takes my breath away. I know that Sam's mic was not working at the beginning of Let's Dance. But, even after, I was struck by the difference in the voices. I know, right? Last night, when I was watching the stream, as soon as he sang the first line in Let's Dance I started shaking my head in total wonder. His voice RINGS!!!! I don't know how to explain it, it RINGS!!!! It's not just the effect of his wonderful vibrato, it's... I don't know!!! It's just so otherwordly!!! About the difference between his voice and others. Well, it's like learning to play instruments. When you go to see the best student from a conservatory playing the violin (for instance)... he'll probably sound great, right? You will go home happy after listening to someone who's great at what he does. But then you go see a virtuoso, and it's completely different. The sound the virtuoso can make with the instrument will blow your mind, and you'll go home dazed and awestruck. It's not even just the technique, it's the SOUND. Well, I guess that might be the difference between other singers and Adam. The man is a virtuoso, that's all. Some cool comments about last night and Adam, from Twitter: and i saw him in glamnation and here and his presence is just so tremendous. he really lights up a room as soon as he walks on stage
like he has this aura of light bouncing off of him and he fills a giant room w/ his presence. its pretty spectacular
@melirose89 his voice fills up the entire space, even inside you#bertyfeels
@spreckles Lol yesss
@melirose89 nodding...yep..hard to explain to someone who is not a fan
@brokenenglishx u can just feel his presence.ive seen some pretty huge stars &the only other person i felt the presence of was Janet Jackson and the youtubes dont even give any justice to how good the band and adam with the band sounded.

I could stay all day watching the fabulous videos...THANKS to all But...work calls... Just want to say, imo, since the Queenbert concerts, Adam is so totally in charge when he is on stage...sooo relaxed ! I've wished for a vid of his club dancing and I believe we got a good taste last night. The man is beyond expectations. And Jeni Stepanek; such a remarkable woman !! I am in awe of her.
