When I first saw that pic upthread, I thought it WAS Sauli with Adam. The resemblance is uncanny.  LOL, I was taking a beating for suggesting it (even jokingly). Sorry, but I stand by my original contention. Yep, ZERO resemblance there. I don't know what I was thinking.
So Adam is visiting with Mike Furey (and friends) and meets lots of "boys"...and they are lucky enough to get a pic with our superstar...nice of the lad to put a very generic message...
Yes he is wonderful.... I take the word from those who have met him...
I was trying to remember when I had heard about Furey...so I googled and found the "meange a trois" comment from the article when Adam kissed K. Furey's rep posted the pic

Oh I join you in the fuckety-fuck-club.... I was so relying hoping that he would come to a place nearer to me than Helsinki. *sigh* Actually I was so SURE that there would be another Queenbert this year. For this I even considered a flight to the states I need my annual dose of AFL - what am I to do now? But, but, guise...Shoshanna said 'not right now'....that's about as definite as 'is he, isn't he' or 'soonish'.. Don't throw yourselves off bridges yet. One thing about Adam's schedule is you just never know.. And if it doesn't happen, well, think of album 3 being created!!  ETA: Hey, he isn't coming anywhere near me either..yet..  You're right - 'not right now', 'soonish' oder 'Mapril' - I've heard it all before and know that it isn't carved in stone. And of course album 3 is a great thing to look forward to. But as I said - I need a concert with AFL this year. 2010 (1 x glamnation) 2011 (NONE - terrible!) 2012 (2 x Queenbert) 2013 ??????? I checked flights and hotels for Helsinki, Moscow and St. Petersburg and they are almost the same. But maybe - I'll have to think about it.  |

Oh, believe me, Augenpoesie... I want an Adam concert in 2013 as well. It's only February!!! (see, I'm really trying to make myself feel better... ) You have a better shot at it than I ..at least Adam is going to be on your continent. Man, if you can go to one of his concerts over there, wouldn't that be wonderful??? Grab Musicgirl..she'll find a way.. |

I am here, vivlite, thanks for asking! Been doing taxes all morning and my charitable contributions to Adam's charities sure helped a bit!! Did not realize I had donated to Charity Water 5 times! LOL!! By Adam's tweets this morning, I am guessing he is on an American Airline flight that lands in LA at 5:05  Temperature 71! I imagine he will be happy! ETA: Well, he just tweeted again, so maybe the earlier tweets were him waking up and these tweets are from the airport? |

As much as I loved Nile and Adam performing together on Thursday and I think Nile and his band were amazing, I still missed Tommy and Adam's band. I think Adam and his band are wonderful togerher and they understand each other perfectly. And I really missed sone moments between Adam and Tommy (or Ashley or Brian) I'd seen during their performances before. One more thing - watching Adam performing on stage, it dawned on me how much I'd missed seeing him performing live! God, he was fabulous! His voice, his moves, interaction with Sam, Nile and the audience - it was such a joy to watch! I really hope Adam will never stop performing. He is the best singer and entertainer I've ever seen and I look forward to every one of his performances. |

I can't really remember last time I flew without it. Perhaps not American (I try to avoid it if I can), but Delta and Southwest, it's almost standard, to my memory. Jet Blue is rolling it out this year and it's going to be FREE!! \0/ |
