Jazzrocks, it doesn't matter what article is posted anywhere, the comments can get really ugly. I just think there are lot of unhappy people with a lot of time on their hands, given the high unemployment rate. I just think that people love to spew hatred, rather than love because it makes them feel better. When I spend time on the internet, and I see a lot of negatives, am when I feel inclined, I will post positive comments. It is amazing that my positive brings on a spew of rather negative comments, along with the tags, stupid, ignorant, flaming liberal, etc. I have to chuckle!!! I love the flaming liberal tag, as I do feel that i am quite liberal. You should see the hate spewed at Bieber, Taylor Swift, Justin Timberlake, and especially Gaga. I swear everybody gets hate. I'm sure you're right. Since I don't read articles about those you mentioned I don't really know. I'm in my Adam cocoon.  Keep fighting the good fight you flaming liberal!  |

Thanks for the warning but I would never read comments, especially on Yahoo. They are the worst. I have no idea why. Because the comments on any Yahoo article, be it about Adam or our President, are most likely written by Jr High School boys! << TRUTH!! Really? I had no idea. So it's just a matter of time til their frontal lobes mature. |

So it's just a matter of time til their frontal lobes mature. Didn't realize these Middle school (Junior high) students would actually take time to read. They are usually texting, IM'ing, instagramming, etc or playing vid games. Not sure I believe that stat. |

I think most middle school kids have WAY too much going on to be spreading hate on random Yahoo articles. As others have said, everybody gets hate on the Internet. I think there are just a lot of miserable adults out there hiding behind the anonymity.
