I wonder if the leaf blowers wake Adam and Sauli, too, since they're neighbours. Where do they blow them to? We leave our leaves be here, I love walking over dried leaves, smelling them... To tell you the truth, I don't think I've ever seen a leaf blower.

Used to have a friend that lived on the same block. There are many different kinds of apartments. Most are garden appt complexes, like Sutan's. It is probably only 1 or 2 floors with a courtyard in the center. |

In some places, you can get in trouble if you let leaves pile up on your lawn and let it look untidy. Or you can always blow them into the street or your neighbor's yard. That happens too. |

I cannot even imagine you committing such an atrocity of blowing your leaves into your neighbour's yard. Even if he is the meanest neighbour in the world:)))) I live in an apartment building, concrete all around with accidental tree or a bush here and there... In the city parks, leaves are left to rot and become, Idk, natural manure... In the country, where there are actual yards and lawns, I think people use rakes, or whatever they're are called, and collect leaves manually and then burn them. I think:))) PS/ I sure hope there isn't some super fancy Serbian farmer with all the new millennium gadgets/ farmer thingies reading this and thinking what a disgrace I am for the country's agriculture... |
