Q3 posted the boot story on p.1 (an interview)Q5. Give me a really crazy anecdote/story. Something that has happened with a celebrity or on American Idol. A. Probably the craziest, most excessive thing that's happened to me is when I was prepping for the American Idol finale a couple of years back. Adam Lambert and I had found this amazing pair of silver Dr Martens by Raf Simons we wanted to use for an outfit. I called the PR company in New York, who duly dispatched said boots. one problem...there were 2 left feet. we found out Raf Simons had the other in his apartment in Amsterdam. Dr Martens actually sent a private jet to pick up the boot, which was flown, on its own, in its own seat (!) to me in LA overnight...I thought they were joking when they told me! Link: [video src="http://rebelrebelantistyle.blogspot.com/2011/06/ask-stylist-mile-siggins.html " linkfallback="linkfallback"] WUT?!?!?!? I had no idea! Insane! Good insane, not bad:)) One of these days, I'm going to write an essay about this boot. Enough said.

Now that the designer would have an interest in this, I can see, yes. But the show itself? Nope, don't believe that story. And for clarification: the platform boots (KISS performance) Not = Doc Martens Boots. And as I learned earlier it also is not = ACIGC silver shoes. Where is Gelly when we need her. There is chaos without her. ======= No chaos..lots of folk are correct and remember this incident. It is a great story! The stylist did make a fuss about getting the boot for Adam...however, I am sure he had nothing to do with how the company chose to get it there. After the Finale, Ryan Seacrest hosted the Larry King Live interview of the top 10 of Season 8. Ryan said... talk about "...a great Diva story". It was made clear Adam had nothing to do with which shoes or how they got to the show. There was lots of laughing during the telling of that story (ie in light of being in a recession and having one shoe flown in from Belgium etc etc.) Adam said his boot arrrived "moments before the show", and the stylist told him he WAS WEARING those boots. I just went back and looked at my PVR of that interview...gosh how we get sidetracked in Adamland!

If I didn't know it was FOB, I could swear it was Adam singing.

Anyone else getting a total "Wham Rap"-meets-Adam Lambert vibe from this new Fall Out Boy song? I do.

I also posted this in yesterday's thread. www.spin.com/articles/fall-out-boy-my-songs-know-what-you-did-inspirationFive Tracks That Predicted Fall Out Boy's 'My Songs' MakeoverAdam Lambert – "For Your Entertainment"After Fall Out Boy had made the mainstream safe for guyliner, Adam Lambert made waves as the first out-and-proud pop star launched by American Idol, and his first solo hit "For Your Entertainment" rode the same wave of glam-romp stomp as FOB's "I Don't Care." Patrick Stump's fantastic 2011 solo album may have failed to set the charts on fire, but "My Songs" once again proves that he still knows how to belt out some Idol-worthy high notes.

I like this song. I don't know but the strong beat and some other parts somehow remind me of "Runnin'"!

They are comparing that Fall Out Boy song with Adam (the fire part). Personally, I think the "daaaaark" part is more Adam-like. lol I have to say I like it. Can someone help me with the "stall places" thing, please? I don't know what to do. :-/ "stall places" , I don't know what that is? Please explain, so we can help if we could.
