I love it!! And three years ago, Adam did not have the support from the Gay community and press he now has. It is a very good thing but he worked really hard to earn the respect of may important LBGT thought leaders. By choir I meant Glamberts - we of course know all the reason he should get a Grammy nod. Oh, of course!! I guess all the old Idol articles changed my perception of your comment!  |

Thanks Iridium for educating me on that silver shoe situation. Did not know that. Wow, I mean, I love Adam, so he can do no wrong, but damn, if he would not have endless immunity with me, I'd say, that this is a tad excessive. Flying a shoe over on a private plane for a group number, when everyone else was just wearing white or some other light grey or something else that would blend in. Could he not spraypaint some old shoe with white paint? I mean spray paint is bad for the environment too, but if you compare it to a roundtrip 8000 miles of a private jet, you could probably justify the spray paint. Occasionally I can understand those that tell me with regularity that I am nuts to adore this guy. Clearly I am. I think I remember Adam commenting later about this whole incident in an interview and it was Idol that wanted him to wear those boots and he really just wore what they told him to wear. So I think it was Idol that wanted to fly the boots here. Yep!! I think Idol was really excited that they found a real rockstars so that's why they told Miles Siggins to dress Adam like a Rock Star with his rock boots. And then Miles ordered a special outfit for Adam for that Beth performance, since he had to perform with KISS. As far as I remembered, he's the only one who got that special treatment for Finale night.  ohh.. btw if you guys forgot, that one boot that specially flown from Europe with a jet was escroted by it's designer...  . And it arrived 5 minutes before they had to perform that "So What" group number. I was really stunned when Adam told Ryan on CNN "Larry King". |
