If radio and the music industry is heading in a different direction, then get rid of Taylor Swift, once and for all.
When you think about it will her songs, or katy perry songs or Rhianna's song be the classics people are still listening to 20 years later or recall the lyrics. We need songs that will become classics in their own right. I believe WWFM will be one of those songs.

Hi, everyone. Late to wish you all a happy Chinese New Year. It is a tradition to eat Jiao Zi (Chinese dumpling) on New Years Eve/Day to wish for more fortune in the new year. Its shape is like 金元宝 (Jin Yuanbao) (ancient Chinese golden ingot ), a form of monetary currency in ancient China. I made some last night with carrots and lamb filling.  |

nica - maybe it's the combination of the beautiful haunting voice and the fact that you have love for the person singing. I'm with you on CLYG and Runnin (also PUU) but I think I'm one of the few Adam fans that doesn't love MAP. I LIKE it but not LOVE. In fact Map & Chokehold are my 2 least favorites on the album. I know I'm odd man out on this. A discussion of the Grammys on TV this morning and everyone sitting around the table agreed that the music was so much better than other years (which they termed "terrible"). One thing that made me go WHAT though was their joy that "Southern Folk Rock" was finally taking over. OMG please NO! 
OH I forgot to say how much I love his gorgeous singing of Stay! Heart rending for sure!  |

Just wondering why Adam didn't go to the Grammys.. did any reporters ask him? Do you have to be invited to go? This might have already been discussed, but I've been doing too many brain exercises and can't remember. :  Adam is a member of the Recording Arts Academy and get to go to the Grammys*. If he wanted to attend, he would have had a VIP seat. * Adam is a voting member of the Academy (assuming he paid his dues), a professional in the recording industry, and under contract with Sony/RCA. You can get tickets to the Grammys if you are nominated for an award and/or be an associate or voting member of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences. Members of the Academy include musicians, recording engineers, producers and other professionals in the recording industry. Release one of the best albums of the year or work for a company that does. Most of the major artists who attend the Grammys, are nominated or presenting. You did not see Bieber, Gaga, Nicki, etc there because they were not up for any big awards. They other big celebrities who appear are promoting something -- Randy Jackson was there to promote Idol and not nominated. Adam was not nominated, not presenting, why not skip the show?

What happened to Adam's tweet about Kelly Clarkson? I copied it last night and put it on page 1, but it is gone now???
