I tried alison's roasted kale chips today and thought they were very tasty (but not very substantial). I was lazy, so chopped kale up, sprayed it with Pam and added a little garlic salt. Not a bad way to get those veggies in.

Alright....I'll check in if I must! (haha)
durberville - this week 0, progress -6
I'm a tad peeved. Thought I had a terrific week. Lots of exercise and stayed within my caloric limits. So poop on that!!
I'm going to believe I must have lost a half a pound and it's just not showing because my scale doesn't indicate decimal points...yep...that's my story...hehe.
Onward!!! New day, new week!
(kale chips...must try those)

Only .5 this week :( that leaves me with 4 more to go before the DVD release date.
My eating was OK this week, but I've been sick and not moving around as much as usual, hopefully next week will be better.
I bought some seaweed chips at Trader Joe's, don't think I will try them again, but it did give me an idea of what the kale chips will be like. I plan to try the kale chips as soon as I feel up to grocery shopping.

Hey guys, checking in with -2 lbs lost this week. I have cut out deserts, which has helped. I am still leary of my scales, because my jeans seem to be fitting tighter than before Christmas, but haven't gotten into town to weigh on scales at the health clinic. I am going to try the asparagus recipe, looks good!
On water, has anyone tried Crystal Lite? It is good, refreshing, and low cal, comes in a bunch of different flavors and you can buy packets for bottled 16 oz water or packets to make 2 quarts. I am lucky, I have excellent well water that tastes really good. Congrats to everyone making progress!

Well, have done fair this week. Down 1.5 lbs for a total of 2.5 lbs. I hate losing the same pounds over and over again. Ugh!

Hi everyone. I started a Recipes and Garden Tip thread here in Fun and Games. I brought over all the stuff from the old site (while it was up today). Hope I didn't miss anything.

no loss no gain to report. I'm going to blame that on the vagaries of my scale, but will also try harder this week.
