Muttering to self ... >:( how can so many peeps flail over the beauty of the glam Grammy pics, and not see how horribly they have squished Adam in their avi's? So many squished and stretched Adams in this new Atop home ... grumble grumbleevery time I see a..let's say...less than optimally proportioned avi?, I think of you Karen...haha! mine might be a little off...not sure... tried to crop it square'ish so that I could use the 100 x 100 ratio, but it was seriously so difficult just to bring it over that I'm just happy to have anything! ;D Yours is very close to perfect ... the cropped pic is 141 x 143, so 98.6 wide by 100 tall would be perfect ... but I don't think you can use decimals, so 99 x 100 ... so close that 100 x 100 looks just fine! Thank you for caring how you represent BB ... ;D |

Watch out Gaga, Britney and Katy Madonna preparing to record new album, her 1st under $100 million multi-rights deal with Live Nation. Tour seems likely to follow. Hopefully her tour and GNAFL's will not overlap. Must have Monte. |

you have to highlight what you want to change, then click on the icon for what you want to do Or put it in between the two tags.... the before tag --->[xxx] insert whatever here [/xxx]<--- then the after tag. No one loves or respects Adam's talent more than I do. (Although I agree that many are tied with me.) However, I think some perspective is needed... It seems far too easy to go looking for things to get upset over than to seek out and focus on things to be joyful about. Not saying here, just in general. Perceived slights are usually just that- a flaw in perception. Adam is in a perfect position right now- not once last week did I see a headline proclaiming "openly gay singer"- I saw "Grammy nominated." I don't even recall hearing "American Idol" mentioned along side his name. Clive mentioned him by name. RCA is glowing with pride. Adam has a clear vision of what he wants to do on Adam2 and the validation of a Grammy nom and chart success to spur other writers to want in on a collaboration. He has time to write and fully inhabit a song before recording it, and this is where he shines. At this moment in Adam's career finding things to crab about is to me like sitting on the edge of the Grand Canyon taking in a world class view and being upset that you got your shoe dirty on the way up. It is beautiful so just sit back and enjoy it :D Thank you for putting it so concisely. I think Adam's life right now is most of what he dreamed it would be. There's always "more," but who, celebrity or personal acquaintance, is in as good a place as Adam, especially taking into consideration his whole life, friends, family, accomplishments, upcoming album to work on, etc. Greed and coveting are what get most people into trouble and I think Adam is fairly immune to those emotions and keeps himself focused on what he has, not what others have that he doesn't. |
