I want to thank you everyone for these amazing videos, pics and mp3's, I am listening at work right now. Day 3 sounds the best. Is it me or is Adam not having any sound issues in Japan, he does not seem to be playing with the ear monitor very much or waving his hands around these concerts seem so close to perfect I have every heard him.
Stay and Underneath just beautiful.
Just received my Apple TV and yesterday was watching all the vids on my TV in stereo. I may spend the weekend scrolling through all the vids on youtube.

Oh, thanks for letting us know this. I've done my research. They are Sony Masterworks artists and have a concert in Tokyo tomorrow. Maybe they have an "in" for good tickets.  And, of course, they appreciate excellent musicianship. These guys are seriously good musicians and graduated from conservatories less than two years ago. They have a new recording/video of " Purple Haze." Adam connection because he covered it also. So all you hard core rockers and Hendrix fans out there, give them a hit. If you haven't heard this type of string playing before, you might be VERY surprised. |

Now this is strange, I'm on p. 6 of today's thread and I noticed that above each post it said the date and exact time of the post. So I flipped back to yesterday's thread to see if it was like that then and I just hadn't noticed. (I was gonna post that I was happy that the exact times were back showing (like before the format change) instead of just having like 6 hours ago. So when I come back to page 6 it now it is back to just 6 hours ago again. Am I losing it or did anyone else notice that this happened? Sorry if this is addressed later and I just haven't gotten there yet....it's probably not worth addressing  |

Tokyo 3 Stay just killed me. I thought he was going to cry. I kept looking for tears. Each note felt like a teardrop. Tokyo 3 Stay was breathtaking. What killed me was Underneath after it. I choked up; i'm speechless. I didn't cry at Underneath until he got up off the chair and walked to the audience and sang the last couple lines. I put my head down on my desk and just cried. I don't know how he can do that to me with just a song. This has never happened to me until four years ago. No entertainer has ever moved me as much as Adam does. Maybe it is because he has shared so much of himself with us, and I feel like I know him personally. I have to keep telling myself that I really don't know him. It is just crazy. All of it. |
