Usually, I think Adam is referring to his sexuality. However, I believe he is, also, referring to his vocal ability. There was a story from when Adam was on Idol where he used "freak of nature" when talking about his voice. I don't know whether it's true, but it is why I think he is, also, talking about his vocal ability. The story goes something like this: Adam was reassuring Kim Allen (Kris' mom) that he (Adam) and Kris would be the final 2. He explained that Kris was a "real musician" and he (Adam) was a "freak of nature". Does anyone remember this, maybe better than I do? I remember that story too, but I also think it was debunked as something lifted from a fanfic. |

The banners are GENIUS staging! I mean really genius! Adam's smarts just amaze me. They would be easy to ship and carry around with you. The equipment they are put on would be at the venues. There was a pic, sometime back, that showed scaffolding in the down position from some concert. Adam would not be carrying the scaffolding around with them from venue to venue. I couldn't agree more. They are incredibly graphic and respond well to color change. The fact that the chevron stripes grade from thin to thick to thicker indicates how much thought was put into the design. That graduation of line thickness adds so much dynamism to the overall stage. It just seems to explode away from the center and conversely point to the center where Lord Dang resideth. I wonder if he got the idea from his gigs with Queen when they used the fabric in the beginning with the Queen logo.. It was very simple, yet graphic with the intense blue color coming through.. |

Whew! 28 pages this morning! what a great day! Beautiful pictures, great crowd, happy fans, happy promoters, dancing cats, and nice & mysterious tattoo.
I love that one picture from the press conference that sandysva has on her avi. Gorgeous face!

THANK YOU!!! Mind-boggling to be watching an AFL concert performed this morning (my time) in Shanghai. It'll be so nice to see the continuity of the whole performance instead of individual vids. That Strut wail at 63:25! (I watched it first cause I was curious - it's a new addition to the encore.) |
