Not in Moscow, nica! I counted the seats available and there are 519 left out of 6200 I wish all the venues had the "pick your own seat" seating charts. I'd count them all! ETA: Was Singapore half full? I thought 2 reviews said 4500 in attendance? Forgot that I had counted St Petersburg also and they have around 500 seats left also. Yeah!! This is pretty much like a sold-out to me. Thanks for checking. We don't have to worry about his popularity in Asia. He's probably one of the most popular western pop stars in China now, if not the most popular one. To sell out a concert in China is really hard for a western pop star. But Adam just did and actually it was more than a sold-out. (Initially 5000 planned, but 7000+ attended eventually). I've even seen someone who couldn't go to the concert but did purchase the ticket just to show her support. Everyone who attended his concert hypes about his performance and voice and has already been hungry for his next concert. His popularity keeps growing fast through the words of mouth and the power of internet. I would say that Adam can easily fill a 10,000+ arena next time around. (I predict that he will be very very very successful in China) Japan is another major market. He is doing mighty fine there too. He's always been popular in Singapore and HK. Now I know that he is also well accepted in Korea. I'm pretty sure that he is doing good in both Malaysia and Philippine. I also think that he is doing ok in Indonesia although the tickets did not sell quite well. He def will come back to Asia to do many shows.

I used the ticket link from Adam's fan club. I would assume that would be the best one. For what??? Am I dense or in need of a break? Just don't see what you are talking about... To connect to the ticket sites for the remaining concerts. There are links for all of them at Adam Lambert Fans

And...ladies and gentlemen....there you have it! Great way to sum it up Q3! It sure is a great way to sum it up... However, I wonder, why it is that I learn about this NOW and for the first time... - when it's almost over? Please people, post these things here! (I might have missed it but I really try to read everything...) It has been posted several times over the course of the heats. But I would not worry about missing this one. Pop Dust always has an Adam poll. They do not mean anything. They are just to get clicks. Here are their Alexa (web ranking) stats --- www.alexa.com/siteinfo/popdust.com#Scroll down for the ad opportunities --- Adam has a high index -- they will keep doing Adam polls. Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Opportunities for popdust.com
Just for comparison.... Alexa Global ranks Perez Hilton rank 1,294 MTV.com rank 1,524 JustJared.com rank 1,894 Rollingstone.com 2,331
VH1.com rank 6,519 Pop Dust rank 32,938

thelambertluvva, Malesia has 30 mill inhabitants... Indonesia is much more scattered to hundreds of islands... (I am thinking here of people with less resources and their travel possibilities that get more difficult and maybe costly due to the geography) Please state your source of Jakarta attendance! I have already posted my source, it was a recap of someone from MJ's. Please read through the thread, as people have already quoted my post. I am not sure why Malaysia is coming into the picture. He didn't even go there. Jakarta is on the island of Java, which has a population of 135 million. Jakarta alone has 10 million people. So you are trying to tell me that 5K of those people couldn't have gone to that concert due to geography?

This is confusing, sorry... talking about numbers for several concerts at the same time.
I saw the ONE review of Jakarta saying there were abt 1000 attendees. Ok, not a great success in numbers - even if I have not seen any other reports yet.
mys*&@^#r, thanks! I see, checking the numbers for the rest of the tour...

For instance they also said 1/2 full. 1/2 full would be 2500, not 1,000. It also said the show was less than an hour long! It makes me wonder if that reviewer was even there! :-/

Recap from someone from MJs who actually attended the show. Little disappointed that she says it was only half-full. Hi all, just came back from the Adam Lambert concert "in my backyard", Jakarta. I think a bit more than 50% of the tickets was sold (capacity was 5000) and the audience was very diverse, agewise and genderwise.. yeah ! I was in the company of 2 other females like me… one was another glambert and the other a good friend of mine but not a glambert Some favorite moments during concert: - Sing along: When singing along, then I noticed how Adam sings low when he usually sings high, or with a slight delay, or not sing at all… just so that we can sing together and still be able to hear his voice.. - Fever : my favorite act during Glamnation tour and also on this tour…of course, tonight toned down. It was also the favorite act of my companion who was not a glambert - Outlaws of laws… Did not like the reggae version on youtube, but live it sounded really great… .Nice moment for me and my Glambert friend. - Whataya want from me: Gorgeous Adam voice, it was the song everyone in the audience sang the loudest, it was a beautiful moment. - Time for miracles: really could hear Adam’s voice well ! Wonderful. - Dragon attack: Really loved this, I love Rock Adam - Shady: very nice, could sometimes hear Adam’s voice… Tommy;s introduction got the loudest cheers from the public. - Encore: Music again, and Trespassing.. That Trespassing jacket.... I want one... - Dancer Johnny stole my heart. - The lasershow was a colourful bonus Shocker of the evening... I think Adam has put a spell on me. I could not keep my eyes from him... He really seem to "live his songs"... No matter how many youtube video's you have seen from his concerts... Experiencing his live concert is soo much different... and so worth it ! Q3 or anyone who might have any thoughts about this.. I thought Adam was very popular in Asia and am curious why the last 2 concerts have been less than full. Where there be any repercussions for Adam because the concert didn't sell more? Will that affect future concert possibilities there? I do not pay much attention to fan estimates of concerts. I called the venue or promoter for all concerts so far except for Japan because all the Japan concerts were announced as sold out. Here is what I have have determined.... Japan - all 6 concerts sold out. South Korea - only tickets with obstructed views and singles left, exceeded expectations (would probably be reported as sold out in US under Billboard rules). 1,924 of 2,036 sold 23 hours before concert. Shanghai - Sold more than 2 times expectations. The promoter wants him to come back. Over 7,000 tickets sold. Hong Kong - Almost sold out, over 3,500 of 3,600 tickets sold. Singapore - Apx 3,500 of 5,000 tickets sold. I do not have any reliable info on Jakarta yet. This is considered a very, very successful tour. So I think the only implications is that Adam can tour again and perhaps do 2 shows in Shanghai. This was Adam's first concert in Indonesia, and his first real concert in Singapore. (The Grand Prix concert was associated with the event and had many international fans.)

Maybe she might have some more accurate numbers for us. ETA: Q3 I just saw your post above mine. Thanks for the ticket sale numbers of the concerts. NICE numbers!
