Beginning of concert video by itsmeglambert This is the show that's only supposed to have 1,000 people, according to that reporter?! WHAT AN IDIOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! >:( Where did this video go?!?!? Youtube has been taking down videos :( Some of the Glambert Pianist's vids from Singapore are gone, so I have to replace them with Habbee Rachel's. They are better anyways. Anyhoo, I've just watched some videos from Jakarta: the audience sang every song with him and there were lots of them. Audience members, I mean. Great concert! I agree with Wiga and everyone else who agreed with her - they are messing with the numbers. Political games, that's what it is. I'd sue their buns in two shakes of a lamb's tail.

I think Adam resembles Elvis a great deal on stage. I noticed it a lot at Winstar. It is not that their facial features are that similar or father-son, etc. But their intensity of manner on stage, flopping black hair, sweating, physicality, and the humor in their stage manner are striking, at least to this life-long Elvis fan. ITA!!! On one of his WAGT concerts Adam even did that 'making full circles with his hands' move which reminded me so much of Elvis. In addition to everything else you said:) The only Adam-Leo connection is that he had a crush on him. If that is something to go by, then I resemble Leo as well. He was to die for in Romeo and Juliet:))) This pic is just... it is just... to die for:)))

Hi! Slow day, so here's a small bit of Adam "news". Michael Slezak made another small mention of Adam in his weekly American Idol round-up, "Idology", on tvline.com. Adam is shown near the 4:16 mark in the video. At that point, Michael is talking about the Idol top 10 contestants and lamenting the lack of "danger" (e.g. risk-taking) among the contestants this year. As examples of what is missing this year, he shows short clips of Elise Testone (from Season 11) and then Adam singing "Ring of Fire". Danger for the win! Here is the link. After you click on the link, page down -- the video is at the bottom of the post. Idology w/Michael Slezak - Idol Top 10

Falsetto. Head voice. Label it what you will. But, just listen to Adam use it at 3:31 in this video of Stay. He hits that Eb5 and just about blows out the mic. Well, maybe not, but hear how loud and ringing it is. He quickly pulls the mic back and softens it up. That intensity of sound is not from Adam pushing that note. Just the opposite. He has it so focused in the resonance chambers in his head that it takes very little breath to produce that intensity. Sublime. (And very difficult to do, BTW.)
