I'm happy that the show went well, we got some videos and they are on the night train to Moscow. An adventure for them! I have fond memories of taking a night train to Moscow once when I was 19 years old. Passengers were very friendly, shared several vodka shots with them and sang Beatles songs into the wee hours of the morning. I took the overnight train between Moscow and Minsk several times - IMO it is the most convenient way actually... They have (or at least used to have in my time) sleeping compartments for 4 people, hot tea was served by the conductor and you just slept for a few hours.. I loved it... used to look like this:  |

For some odd reason, this performance reminds me of GNT in Lubbock TX - difficult venue and circumstances for both shows, but with Adam and team pulling it off in shining fashion. Performances such as these under less than ideal settings hold a special place for me. Adam is such a pro and I admire him so much. I thought of Lubbock as well..good to see you, Annala!  |

OMG!! THAT QUEUE!!  Just imagine standing forever in that snow!! Poor things!! Sounds like they were treated to a great concert though. It was bitter cold in NYC for RMT and we were way back in line. By the time we got inside, the show had started, so no chance to check coats. So I wore it until I was soaked..duh...then dropped it on the floor. Didn't care by that point..lol One well-danced upon coat and I still have it. Good times! :D Hehe....how cool! I missed out on the RMT concert (hubby won tickets but we were away on vacation and missed the email). It will forever be my one huge fandom regret (stupid vacation!). No doubt it was a special concert and I envy all of you who got to go. Definitely worth a ruined coat! LOL! |
