Not angsting here, but trying to shed some light on attendance in Belarus, Ukraine and Kiev.
Not only did Adam have weather problems, he also ran into some issues with ticket prices.
For the average Russian or Ukrainian the ticket prices were exceedingly high, given that the average Ukrainian or Russian does not make enough money to afford these types of tickets. Unless you come for the small percentage of upper crust citizens, ticket prices could easily have cost several months of pay. If the ticket prices had been less, I would have expected higher attendance. However given the size of the venues, he got some pretty high numbers.
Also it was pointed out that this is the time of year for the Lenten season.
Ultimately, Adam didn't lose out, as I'm sure he was guaranteed "x" nuber of dollars for playing each of these facilities. What it may affect is future concerts, where sponsors may not want to sponsor him, if they aren't going to make money. We just don't know what the sponsor's bottom lines are.
All in all, I would say, given the time of the year, Adam did well.
He will play to a full venue in Helsinki, so he will be ending the tour on an extremely high note.
That boy always come out on top.
