alrighty, looks like we have hit the motherlode of videos so I've decided to give Helsinki its own thread so the number of vids don't bog it down. I am heading down the recap rabbithole right now.
I do have a request, if stuff shows up after today that you think should go in the recap, would you please post it in the recap via 'reply'. I will be leaving in a week and will be gone for a month and I have lots to do to get ready. If you do post there, I will add it into the recap.

I'm back home, tired but happy. Also hungry cause I couldn't eat before the concert. Our timing was perfect, no traffic jam, straight to the parking and we arrived at the gate at 18.35, lots of people present but we got inside right away.
IT WAS SOOO GOOOD. Sound was great and the band excellent. Adam sang like he only can. We did a little bit of singing and a LOT of dancing. He laughed a lot, was adorable, spoke a few words of Finnish, mentioned that we made BTIKM 'a fucking hit' and dedicated BE to Sauli. I just listened and lived in another world during BE - so much so that I forgot to sing the last words, so ashamed about that. No top hat but the amazing blue suit and other outfits as we have seen during WAG.
My highlights were Hot Stuff, just perfect and oh so hot, and FYE which was very energizing, dynamic and his voice was absolutely beautiful. And all the other songs were my favourites, too. There were no screens, so I have no idea of his smile nor any mic or mic stand or tongue action but I assume there were some.
The girls enjoyed it and so did I. Now I need a sandwich, then to read how did you do tonight. Surely I remember something more - later. Yay, thanks for the recap, glad you enjoyed the concert!! |
