3.23.13 Tour Ends, updated with Twitter Party

I'm still recovering from the epic concert, still both tired and happy. The performance was so powerful and perfect, and there was so much love and happiness in the air. Mixed crowd, all ages and a lot more boys and men than I expected (most of them appeared to be there on their own or with friends). As I'm still gathering my thoughts and cannot watch the videos yet, it's too soon, only a couple shorter clips. One of them was the twirling stool: the audience screams and yells were much louder in reality, every twirl evoked a very loud noise from the crowd and the same thing happened when he did it again. Some random comments:

Yes, the upper tier seats were packed on both sides, at the back end all the way up there are private boxes (sold/rented rooms for groups). Only empty spaces that I spotted were at the lower level back corners, bad seats, something like ~40 seats altogether, of course some single seats may have been vacant scattered around. The GA attendees were all squeezed as close to the stage as possible which left some empty space at the back during the concert but when people were leaving you could see there were A LOT of people there.

I also saw cute and always smiling Antonio Flores with a group of friends. He is the husband to one of our president candidates in the election Feb 2012 and participated in Dancing with the Stars last autumn, runner-up I believe (as his husband in the election when a guy named Sauli won).

BTW another detail I picked up from the speed scroll of the thread: illuxxia is definitely a Finn.

A lot of media coverage for the concert: Iltalehti, Ilta-Sanomat, MTV3 and YleX (radio) has numerous short articles on their webpages. Also NRJ (radio) and Radio Aalto aired something about it; surely other radio stations too, just not on their websites as yet. It seems that Adam did not exactly give any interviews, all the coverage is 'news' reporting - maybe something appears later.

I woke up to have breakfast and watch Sauli on TV - adorable. Great that there are videos - big thanks to the people who recorded!

Good morning. I woke to more gorgeous pics and vids!  My head is kind of still spinning from all the things we have been getting from the whole mini tour but especially from last night.  Finland you showed so much love and appreciation for Adam.

Yes, they were still here when the pics were taken - and it doesn't look like they were on their way to airport. On twitter: 'maybe visiting Sauli's family today' which is a viable possibility IMO. However, I don't believe they would stay here several days because I think it was reported that Sauli said the shooting of his tv show will start in LA on monday. Was the precise day an interpretation of a journalist, I don't remember, but my impression was that they would leave late tonight or early tomorrow morning - there will be the jet lag to deal with anyway even if the shooting will start tuesday or wednesday. And we have Easter here a week from now... how is it with the US?

ETA The boys might surprise me with their private plans - having a short vacation here after all talk about hurrying back. We'll see what happens in a few days, won't we?

Why is it that I'm happy that Adam is visiting Sauli's family -- I need to get a life!
