och am hame ,tae bonnie scotland ,frae HELSINKI an its bloody frreezin ,twas warmer in finland whit an amazin memorable trip !!! an fer all ye cheeky beggars ,yis a can remember it!! but,there,s always a but a vera nearly didna git ,did a tommy ,lost the bloody passport ,couldna find it at all ,10 days afore takeoff an nae passport!! pulled the hoose tae bits ,was in a the auld hanbags in the drawers ,even braved down the back o the computer desk ,there was sum freakin scary stuff doon there ,but nae passport. so a gits on tae the passport office @£1.15 per minit, 30 minits later ,thats 30.00 quid!! an nae bugger has answered the phone, when a had a vision ,a remembered where it was!! a needed a wee dram after that(or twa) so now ad like tae say a big thanks tae TILLYFILLY, made all arrangements for flights and tickets ,and to her hubby for transport to and from airport. aye she left me to book the hotel ,she winna dae that agin!!! a made a slight cockup a truly uneventfull flight tae finland ,then we git oot the airport ,an ontae the city bus tae find oor hotel in helsinki. BUT the hotel wisna in helsinki TILLY sugested i show the address and map tae the driver an he could point us in the right direction , so i did ,and he BURST OOT LAUGHIN,AH GOT LAUGHED AT ,tilly,s face now wis gittin kinda stoney lookin it wis comin up tae 11.00 p.m we bussed intae helsinki ,and trundled oor cases into the station,tae find the toorist info,of coorse everywhere wis shut a very kind security guard (he wis a bit o alright tae) sent us tae the taxi rank, part twa commin up a need tae go an poor maesel a drink This sure looks like a fun recap! I understand a word here and there, however the plot remains obscure, but nevermind, I hope that you have some good memories from Finland :-S - and Adam, of course! |

This is WACKY prediction day, right?
Adam F. Lambert has expressed his utter devotion to the depth and substance of pop music and his desire to immerse
himself fully in it for album 3. RCA wants his record out in 6 1/2 weeks, so he doesn't get to EP but chooses the
dream co-producer for the job..Britney Spears. Hell, if anyone knows how to 'fluff' up a song and get radio play,
it's the 'Brit'. Score one for the team.
His mission statement is: Pop for Dummies 101.
Now down to collaborations, which we all know Adam enjoys. He knocks radio on it's proverbial butt with a
leading single..a feat with Lana Del Ray. Soars to number one and stays there for a year. Sells a billion units.
But...Adam isn't done. No my, with such a plethora of talent willing to work with him, it is only natural he
would write with PSY another killer single. And learn some cool choreo to add to his next tour.
Adam now checks into all the songs that made number one on the top 40 in the last year. He throws out anything
that might have any emotion in it, cause pop is fun and Adam is the fun guy. No more autobiographical shit.
This is going to be a mindless party with two sentence lyrics that loop to a predictable beat and the hypnotic
effect is more than Adam could have dreamed possible. He finds such an abundance of material to boost from
that the writing process for most of the album takes two days. Pharrell is pleased.
As Adam still likes to keep secrets, he won't divulge any of his other collaborators, but he has given the
'tease'. Britney can't shut her mouth and reveals all the tracks a month before release. Forgive her..she
is so excited. This is the best work since..her own.
And the public goes WILD!!!! 'Who is this new master of the pop world', they ask. RCA can't press the
discs fast enough, itunes crashes for a week and Adam is invited to promo his single on SNL. The
CD subtly called..'Up Yours'...debuts at..of course, at number infinity, cause it is just THAT good.
Adam is so ecstatic by the reception of his pop contribution, he takes up the ukelele. I mean, when
perfection is achieved in vocal aptitude, can an instrument be far away? Always the supportive partner,
Sauli learns bells. In the privacy of their home, they have polka parties to keep Murly happy.
He never tours with this pop phenom CD chart killer...but why? It elevates people's blood sugar levels
to a dangerous high.
Mega-rich Adam then buys out RCA...starts his own record company and records anything he damn well pleases.
This album..'The Joke's on You'...sells out every arena in the world and Adam tours for 4 years off and on just
to cover the demand and to have home time with his love, Sauli, as their relationship still thrives. To
celebrate all the success they each have had in their individual careers, they buy a deluxe juicer. Isn't
romance wondrous?

Maybe they decided that they couldn't keep their hands off each other during the long flight and there would be so much resulting hotness on the plane that the air-conditioning system couldn't handle it and thus create technical difficulties which would require an emergency landing where everyone would have to disembark only to discover that their libidos were activated to the point where multiple hotel rooms were required and the associated airport hotels, unable to satisfy the demand ..... 8-) Going backwards now on the thread and I see this gem by LindaG! I do think there is substance to this theory..  Seriously, and curly called it fiction. Tsk, tsk, girl. |
