So why would she post it now? It's on her facebook and twitter. She's talking a lot about glitter for her show tomorrow, maybe it all just reminded her of him? Niles is doing something on her album.

Officials at the Pepsi IPL balked and instead went for Miami’s Pitbull for next Tuesday’s event, which will also feature Bollywood stars. A rep for J.Lo said the reason she didn’t perform in India was a scheduling issue. |

Hello, everyone! 
First, I wanted so much to thank everyone who offered support during my complete melt down the other day, to post something special, some meaningful video perhaps... and after three hours of searching and second-guessing, I had nothing. Other than a splitting headache, that is. So, no post.
Second, I wanted so much to join in the discussion yesterday about the Popjustice tweet and Adam's emotional response to it and I did, I wrote a loooong essay, spent almost two hours on it - I clicked the 'create post' button only to watch it vanish into thin cyber air. Gone with the wind. Departed. I think I cried a little bit. No post there as well.
Third, I wanted so much to say what kind of music Adam should create next but it all sounded so agonizingly stupid, when I come to think of it. My words, not the potential music. Ergo, no post.
And what would my reason be for this post? No reason at all. At least it's in the same vein as my no-posts check list. This is an anti-post:))) A post about nothing.
PS/// I am very happy about GLAAD, about everyone going, about Trespassing reaching golden status in Hungary and about me not living in Scotland because I would kill Lilly for ending her post with a ginormous cliff-hanger:) I KNOW she did it on purpose, lol.

aleks... THERE YOU ARE!!! I'm thinking that any time anyone wants to write a long-ass post, you need to compose the whole thing in MSWord first, or something, and then maybe copy/paste into Atop. I did the same thing as you, and my post disappeared into the ether when I hit "create post."

Shimoli710 young fans .....equals long term fans.....equals longevity for Adam. Interesting knowing those demographics ....thanks. Crossing fingers for album three to really connect with not only existing fans, but with those who have the weight/power to showcase his exceptional talent on a broad scale. Edit:....So agree Q3....Adam needs an upbeat ...generic song with an "ear worm" quality .....guess just like all artists would like to have. Haha. But UPBEAT ...it has to be! If I remember correctly, from some studies, young fans do not equal longevity. They could = huge big explosive hit, but they move on to the new best thing, much faster than the 30-50 age group does! I think there are studies and statistics that prove this. I think Q3 posted some facts about this way back when. Yes, you are correct. The most intense and loyal fan demos vary by artist -- Lady Gaga appeals to 20's women and gay men over 30. My impression after being at many, many Adam events and concerts is that his most loyal fans are women (preteens to 80+) and younger gay men. |

When I write in Word first and copy it here, weird stuff happens, the post gets messy, the words are not separated, all in all - it is annoying as hell. Of course, what I do know now, a lot less annoying than see your labour of love go to waste:)))) ETA//// I did come up with a solution though - write on Atop, but before you click the 'create post' button, save it in Word, just in case. |
