If her husband sees that squid hat, she might not ever get him to go to another concert.

OH< DUH> I was wondering why Adam would be singing in China at the end of the summer for Idol when he is heading over over in April. TWO DIFFERENT EVENTS. Oh, double my joy. Bear with me..when was his China Idol appearance announced? Asian music awards in China this month. China Idol Finale has no date, but the show doesn't even start until May 19th, so I am guessing Finale in August. It was "announced' on China Idol's Weibo Thanks, Mys*&@^#r! All clear in the cranial orb now..great gigs!!! ETA: You're ON for that new single by China Idol time..how perfect..

while i await the meds ,which will hopefully make me sleep all night ,too kick in (got germs ,voice completly gone ,),thoght i wid come and finish wit i started ,tried last night but this board disna seem tae like me rite now, so where wis i ,yeh at the concert ,after a mad scurry tae get there ,red in the face and by now both of us are lame ,but we have arrived in time tae get a drink and oor breath back ,before the start ,there wis in the bar a few "adams "remembering the bowie clones from my youth ,in wis great tae see this ,although one guy def looked more like GARY GLITTER!! cant possibly recap the concert ,you have all the vids and people here with more discriptive skills than maesel but i will say the sound was amazing ,i go to quite a lot of concerts ,in all sized venues ,and there is no question the best sound quality ive heard has come from AFL ,have seen rod stewart(def not my choice ) bon jovi and meatloaf ,in areana,s and meatloaf was the only other artist to produce acceptable sound , dont tend to go to arena concerts ,but if AFL ,can get the sound right why cant the others??? and on the downside ,there SHOULD have been big screens at this venue ,we had good seats so got a reasonable view ,but those poor sods in the gods ,would see nothing .also those so far back on the floor ,would not see adam either ,this was a huge oversight, Ofcourse it all went far too fast ,and what seemed no time after we got off the train we back onto another ,to head off to the after party. on the train tilly, and i ,picked up 2 guys ,one was gay ,the other was a wicca ,who turned out to be a vicar ,which was a pity cos ive never met a wicca before ,they had both been at the concert and loved every moment ,way better than prince they said. Hey Lilly! Just taking a break from my recent research.....phew! Absolutely agree that the sound in the Hartwall Arena was amazing. I chose to sit rather than stand because I stood right at the front in the GNTs I went to and, of course, the sound wasn't great. (I have to confess that I was very happy to trade sound quality for the chance to stare up his nostrils for an hour or so - #teamnose) I had a very good seat but I did look round a couple of times and wonder how all those people were managing without the screens - I'm sure Adam would have been just as disappointed as them. I've said it before but - he was soooo great that night. I sent an email to RL Entertainment, theFinnish organizer, and asked why the screens were not in use at Adam's concert, as usually they are at shows at Hartwall Arena. This is what RLE answered (mytranslation):
Hi,
it was Adam Lambert's production team who decided about the screens andunfortunately we can't take a stance on the decisions made by their productionteam.
So it seems Adam / his management made the decision not to have screens, obviously in order to save oncosts. Maybe someone should tell Adam or someone on his team that it isnecessary to have screens at arenas.
What I also wonder is the fact that the price of the seats at the back sections of the lower level were the same as the price of the seats nearer the stage (expect VIP seats). I guess it was the Finnish organizer who decided how to price the tickets.

Would there be some sort of technical reason why large screens weren't used?
