Would there be some sort of technical reason why large screens weren't used? But according to the reply I got it was a decision made by Adam's team, no mention about technical reasons in the reply. If there had been technical issues I would think they would have been noticed on time and taken care of before such a big concert. There are a lot of shows at Hartwall Arena so I would think they can handle things like that. It really seems the decision about the screens was made long before Adam came to Helsinki and it was made in order to save on production costs. I guess it's not cheap to hire the camera personnel. Maybe Adam hasn't realised the importance of screens because he hasn't have many that many really big concerts of his own. Of course I can be wrong with my speculations. Maybe someone going to Adam's meet and greet could ask about this. I am too sleepy to check but if my memory serves me right, there were no screens in South-Africa either altough the venues were quite big. I remember feeling sorry for the people standing far away from the stage. Yeah but Adam surely has been to enough concerts on his own to know that big screens in large arenas are necessary. I wonder if he was involved in the decision at all. I wouldn't want to speculate about it only being a matter of money. |

Would there be some sort of technical reason why large screens weren't used? Maybe they didn't expect to sell so many tickets, and then when they did they didn't think to change the contract to add the screens. We can only guess what the reason was but this theory doesn't sound convincing to me. |
