I was going to say it seems like an assumption that Adam canceled because he was partying too much. That actually is not his style. He is generally very professional and holds his fun time until after the event . He knows how much is at stake with 60 000 in attendance and his group behind him. Who knows, but there will be a valid reason. Agree! And it's not like Adam is "wild" partying last night at MOVA. This week end is work for him not pleasure. In the pictures we can see he was walking thru the MOVA party with huge security guy and one of the DMG manager was with him (the guy with sandy hair, the stage manager). On another notes I talked to my friend about the Miami pride, my friend said Miami has the biggest gay population in the country and at one point the % of them who got HIV are really high as well. |

Yup, could be that someone was out partying last night. I can relate, except of course for the five-o'clock shadow and even that is not outside the realm of possibility at my age. 8-)

Adam not preforming on Idol this season is totally not a surprise. Idol is great if you have something to promote (or you have absolutely nothing else going on like Clay), but at this stage in his career what good would it really do him to go on that show and sing a cover?

Miami is a very "gay friendly" city and South Beach has a high gay population, but Miami, Florida is not on the top 10 US cities based on Gay population. Miami does not make the Top 10 gay cities or metro areas by either population or percentage: Not surprisingly, NYC is #1, LA #2, San Fran #3 on total number of people. San Francisco has highest percentage of gay and LGBT residents. ETA: South Florida -- Miami-Fort Lauderdale CMSA is on Wiki at #8 -- but there is no source.
