Although not connected with the San Francisco Pride Event last June, Adam was in San Francisco performing at Alice's Summerthing the same weekend. Also during the same month he played G-A-Y London.

Am I the only one who wishes his robe would become undone - and caught by photographer! Just when I think his new hairstyle is the best one yet, he comes up with something even better. I LOVE HIM. No, I was glad the robe is not undone, and there's no other face showing up by the window next to him.

I have 2 words: "DAMN ROBE!" Yes, I would not only look but I would "right click save!" (But I do think this is an invasion of his privacy.) I do, I really do. Honestly!

Thank You Lynne and Alek for your Sunday Morning ruminations. I kind of miss NoAngels Sunday Essay. My favorite time of the week except when Adam is doing Anything.

Aleks, you have voiced the essence of everything Adam so well. I'm not an overly emotional person, but I'm welling up a bit here because you've described what makes Adam so special. I've been on board the Adam train since his audition for Idol, but short of mumbling a few words about his voice and his character when I'm asked WHY, I can't even put it into words. In the distant past I've quaked with fear at a few of his decisions then had to bow my head in shame at my lapse in confidence. Now, no matter what he says or does, I know that even if causes a minor dustup, Adam is just being Adam and true to himself, and at the end of the day, that is all that matters. Thanks to AleksandraKV for her very thoughtful essay on the essence of Adam and to Savvy92 for expressing her response. I only wish I could be so succinct in expressing my thoughts in regard to Adam. Thank God we have others who can. Can somebody get Aleks essay to Adam's attention. Also, really miss gelly14 on this site. Really glad she's on twitter.

It was nice to watch the cleaned up video of the Miami interview. I was straining to catch the conversation before and it wasn't what I thought. I often wonder what Adam feels when someone mentions his twitter fans, how he sinks back into the couch. Is he overwhelmed, grateful, apprehensive, a little of all? Just curious, because I have noticed the body language before. Indulge me all, as I still struggle with this breakup, and it in no way reflects anything going on in my life , just empathy for Adam. However, regarding Sauli traveling with Adam... I have a daughter that was a competitive athlete that boarded/lived away from home since age 13, eventually moving to another province in search of better coaching, stayed and went to University there.. She has traveled more than anyone I know and hates it. She has constantly struggled with a sense of community and it shocks me how disoriented she can feel just going from city to city to see different family. I am projecting now, but I kind of understand if Sauli wasn't keen on following Adam. Adam and his band are being spun around the globe, but they are doing what they love and feeding from the energy from the fans. They all eventually come back to their home lives to recharge for the next travel. Sauli would not be experiencing first hand that energy,, it would be just another pool, another beach, another crowded community that doesn't speak his language. When he comes home he could be reminded that LA is a place he is trying to get to know, void of the familiarity of Finland. Also, Adam has in the past has abandoned gigs to be with his partner Brad at the time, does anyone remember that interview.. just to have the relationship end with Brad being unfaithful, or at least that is what we think we know. That residual affect could still be lingering with this relationship.I know we are all anxious to have Adam back in the studio creating, moving forward, but personally I think he deserves a little time to reflect, to gather his resources. Trespassing was a major internal outpouring, one which revolved much around his relationship with Sauli. I am proud of him for continuing to move forward with his career, however I am willing to give him some space and time to ground himself again. I hope myspenser you are right and he will find true love again, I truly believe it's as important to him as his career. Thank you for your patience with me! The show you are talking about is Debbie Loves Dallas.
Abandoned is not the correct word, though. He gave proper notice and spent a week training his replacement, Dane Agostinis. Adam, also, did not just run off to rejoin Brad. He had auditioned for and gotten the LA Wicked job. As for fans to keep saying Brad cheated when we don't really know that to be true, maybe we should stop that. Their break up happened before Idol, I don't know exactly when. They had been together about 2 years and Adam was beginning a new phase of his life. If things went as Adam hoped, any outside relationship would have suffered. In light of the Sauli break up, I just don't think we should assume anyone cheated. More about Debbie Loves Dallas Here: atop.proboards.com/thread/21/adam-lambert-timeline?scrollTo=9868&page=9Dane Agostinis had a very different take on this gig, he thought it was fun.04C. Bronson, Fred. "Adam Lambert: The ultimate interview, Part Three." Los Angeles Times 10 August 2009. latimesblogs.latimes.com/americanidoltracker/2009/08/adam-lambert-the-ultimate-interview-part-three.htmlatop.proboards.com/thread/23/2009-adam-lamberts-ai-performances?page=16Very detailed interview about every aspect of Adam's life and career. Part three covers the period from 2005 to American Idol Season 8. Excerpt: Then I did a production of “Debbie Does Dallas” in Lake Tahoe. It was a topless revue at Harveys Casino. I was desperate. I could not find a job. It was going to pay me. They were going to put me up. It was with Anita Mann, the woman who did the cruise ship. I went up there and I was missing the person I was with and I was miserable because I was in a long-distance relationship and the show, when it was pitched to me, sounded like it was going to be a different situation and it tuned out to be not the most professional situation in the world. There was hardly an audience. They wanted to see boobs. They didn’t want to hear me sing, so they would talk. It was not a good gig. I heard they were rehiring for the Los Angeles company of “Wicked,” and it had been about a year since I had been out of the touring company. They were going to form a new company and I thought, “I don’t know why I left. That was so stupid. I need to get that job.” And so I begged. They said, “Why did you leave? We don’t know if you’re just going to leave again. It’s a liability for us.” I told them, “No, no, no. I was stupid. I was lonely on tour. I wasn’t satisfied and had outside opportunities. I really want to be in a sit-down company and then I can work on all my outside stuff and still work on the show,” and they said fine. So I came back and I opened the L.A. company of “Wicked.”
