On e-Bay: ADAM LAMBERT: Two Tickets to Private, Very Intimate Show in Los Angeles looks like 41 bids and current bid is $2,000. I hope whomever wins the bid gets to meet Adam. I think the person who is going to get this has already met him many times.

On e-Bay: ADAM LAMBERT: Two Tickets to Private, Very Intimate Show in Los Angeles looks like 41 bids and current bid is $2,000. I love how Adam has the highest and the most bids. The next highest is Heart with 12 Bids with $330 as the highest. Still not sure why companies are not begging him to endorse their products.

Just checking Adam's twitter stats. Looks like he will hit 2 million in about 17 days, right around May 6th or 7th

nationaglampoon and other keyboardists: Watching the rehearsal videos I was not sure that the keyboard player was actually playing or just miming it. It didn't look right, and I couldn't hear distinctly what I saw him playing. It doesn't really matter, but I just hate "fake" performances of any sort. I understand that when Adam is appearing without his regular musicians it would be too labor intensive and time consuming to actually school another group of musicians to play the numbers to Adam's exacting standards. Yes, it could definitely be done by talented session musicians, but it would require rehearsals, not just a sound check. And, knowing Adam, probably hours of rehearsals to get the sound just right. Using a backing track just makes more sense in the circumstances. I also understand why Adam's vocals would also be on the backing track. If Adam wants to riff anything he needs the melody that everyone knows from the recording to still be sustained, and, again, having the "live" backing singers uphold that would take much rehearsal. We know how long it took the VJJs to gel into a good sounding backing team. I accept the necessity of using pre-recorded tracks. Adam still sings live, loud and proud. I just don't like anything faked. Just me. Carry on. Cassie - Adam's performance at the CMAs was flawless, but I just watched his Helsinki performance of "Are You Gonna Go My Way" and was blown away by the energy and joy! He and the band and the audience are feeding off each other and having so much fun. Nothing fake going on here... To quote Paula, "It's a beautiful thing..." ETA: I usually like closeups, but this was one time it was great to see him all over the stage!
